The tires handle well, but the loud hum is very annoying. I don't remember reading anything about tire noise being a problem when I bought them. I thought that after a few months the sound would lessen, but it hasn't. Otherwise, good tire.

Just replace two on my 2007 Hyundai Veracruz and had 82,000 on them. I would have waited for another 5-8,000 miles but I am driving from AZ to Chicago with Grandchildren so i am placing it save.

I have had the LTX M/S on my pickup for over 7 years now, approaching 80,000 miles and the tires look like they still have half the tread on them. My next tire wil be Michelin for sure. Michelin is also on my passenger car.

w We bought these about 2 months ago and the ride is noticeably quieter and the truck handles so much better. We will be ready for any winter weather that comes our way!

Bought a set in 09. 110,000 miles later I’m still on them with a good bit of tread still left. They are starting to crack but still drive good. I’ve never had to replace a tire because it was too old!

The car I put these on is an economy car, had a lot road noise. These resolved that and braking seems to be much better. I have three cars and now all three have this Defender on them.

Use the tire for all seasons on HD 3/4 ton 4x4 to the extreme. Simply a great tire that does what it says it does and has deserved its # 1 ranking. Simply the Best. Can't find a flaw.

I like the long tread life and stability of my truck tires. Everywhere I travel I dreve long sdustances and a loaded bed of model train displaye. My tires have been very dependable.

Great riding tire which is very quiet and wears good. Not great for off roading or mud but adequate for snow and graet for road use as an all weather tire. Best overall suv tire

Purchased the Defender LTX M/S to replace OE Bridgestone tire. The Michelins are significantly louder on the highway and around town. 275/55R/20 113T. Very disappointing.
