10/10 Do not recommend! These were shipped from Fl, to TN, then back to MS with no water! They were dry, limp, and useless to work with! These were expected to arrive on 4/9 PM (which they did) and were useless for making arrangements by 4/11 AM. I threw half of them away and used hot glue to utilize what little I could to keep them from sagging. Yes, I reached out to customer service before posting my honest review, but said they needed hydration and gave me $0 towards the product. Really??? Then why didn't they come hydrated????

My wedding flowers just arrived from my Sams order and I'm thrilled. I was ready to hydrate them overnight but everything looks fresh picked, not a bit dry. I got the Silver Dollar eucalyptus, white roses, Just Add Blooms and baby's breath. The roses were already de-stemmed and de-thorned, I started removing guard petals but didn't need too, the petals are lovely. It took me about 30 minutes to unpack, clip ends and start hydrating, I'd worried about that part but didn't need to, it was easy. I have enough to make 17+ arrangements, 3 baby's breath bouquets and a lot more. I fretted endlessly whether to use Sam's or a florist and decided to take a chance and go for it. What I received today is perfect and I'm not worried about putting things together - it all came in pre-gathered bunches. If you're thinking about using Sam's don't hesitate, they really work.

I ordered Silver dollar eucalyptus for a 9-25-21 wedding and what I received was so disappointing!! The week before, my client ordered her own eucalyptus - 2 orders of silver dollar and 2 of seeded. It came in beautiful and filled up FOUR 5-gal buckets! I had tons to use! The following week I ordered 2 orders of the silver dollar and received only enough to fill 1/2 of a 3 gal bucket. It was like they took a stem, and cut it up to make "10 stems). It was a very skimpy order, along with a lot of the stems drying out. It really screwed up my whole week and I was scrambling, trying to find greens locally to be able to decorate the wedding for almost 500 people. I had planned to use the greens around centerpieces on 60 tables. Customer service ended up refunding my money. Basically whoever was the vendor, didn't have enough greens on hand and either subcontracted it out or just skimped. I've ordered greens numerous times from Sams and always had good luck til now. So now what do I do? How can I trust them again???
