Everyday Griddle

This is my first griddle and I’m very impressed. It heats up quick and cooks evenly.

Looks nice but when I took it out of the box the siding had a crack & chip in it, disappointing..

Cracked siding

We have been using electric griddles for many years from different brands. But this one is the worst. It doesn’t heat up in all the places and only very few areas. We end up returning immediately after 1st use

Worst griddle ever, don’t waste time and money

The temperature of the surface is not consistent.  As an example a 5 inch pancake will be more brown on one half than on the other depending on if it is over the heating element.  Also, we have a temperature gun to check the surface and it shows a higher temperature than what it should be according to the dial.  I am challenged to adjust the control to get the temperature where I want it.  I was really hoping for an evenly heated surface and this is not doing the job.  Otherwise, it looks nice and is easy to clean.  I may be asking too much from a griddle.

Good in some ways, but not what I had hoped for.
