It could have been a little bit wider. I loved it! It cooks evenly, I just can't use it as a hibachi griddle and cook a whole bunch of chinese food on it. But the for the price-- it was perfect!

Perfect for breakfast. I only use this to make breakfast and warm up tortillas and it is amazing. My teenager love making pancakes.

I love how easy it is to use this Dash griddle. This Dash Griddle has so much room to cook that I can fix pancakes for all my grandchildren and have them all ready at the same time. The Dash griddle is longer and wider than most griddles.

Small enough to take so much counter space. Big enough to make pancakes and bacon at the same time. The grease trap is very easy to clean.

The temperature of the surface is not consistent. As an example a 5 inch pancake will be more brown on one half than on the other depending on if it is over the heating element. Also, we have a temperature gun to check the surface and it shows a higher temperature than what it should be according to the dial. I am challenged to adjust the control to get the temperature where I want it. I was really hoping for an evenly heated surface and this is not doing the job. Otherwise, it looks nice and is easy to clean. I may be asking too much from a griddle.

The griddle is good for the price. The downside is one single loop of the heating coil near the middle. If you do two rows of four pancakes per row only half a pancake gets done the other half never Browns

Love the griddle, but the temp control is a major negative. Instead of being by temp (like 350, 375) it's in numbers, like 1-5. So you have to remember what temp a number 1 is and convert the other numbers to temp. I think each number is supposed to increase the temp by 25 degrees, but it's a royal pain, not sure why they didn't just label it with temps!

We have been using electric griddles for many years from different brands. But this one is the worst. It doesn’t heat up in all the places and only very few areas. We end up returning immediately after 1st use

The griddle itself is nice and works well, but the area surrounding the griddle is sunk down and grease and debris go down inside this area. It is very hard to clean and very time consuming to get down there and get stuff out. My husband suggested using water, but I'm not a huge fun of using the running water on the grill near the electrical chord area.

Read the specifications very carefully. It says "Deluxe includes Dishwasher Safe Removable Cooking Tray." What do they mean by "cooking tray". I would assume the cooking tray is the griddle. The griddle is not removable and I don't think you would put the whole unit in the dishwasher.
