This griddle cooks evenly, bought a more expensive one to speed up the cooking of 40 pancakes, this one far outperform the more expensive one. Once you find your correct temperature settings the pancakes turn out perfectly every time.

We got this griddle and it is better than I thought it would be. It heats up fast, even. Cooks amazingly without splatter. I'm definitely looking forward to using it again and again and again.

I couldn't be happier with this griddle so far. Everything has cooked well and evenly. Cleanup is also very easy. We will see how long it lasts, but very pleased so far.

Don't know why I waited so long to replace my 20 year old griddle, but I'm glad that I did. This griddle heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Washed up nicely and the finish looks like it will last longer than my old one did.

It is easy, convenient and aids in the cooking time. As a family of 7, I am always looking for kitchen tools, gadgets, recipes, & ect that will help me getting meals on the plate faster. Including a quick clean up. Thanks for the recipes.

This is the first griddle I have that actually cooks evenly. The heating element runs the entire length and inside of the griddle and it is just absolutely wonderful.

This griddle is amazing! It’s a nice sized griddle. It’s easy to clean, gets hit instantly and cooks food like a dream. I wish I would’ve gotten one sooner!

It is a decent unit, it functions as advertised however, I am a little concerned about the coating. TruGlide? I thought it was ceramic. Is it safe or another version of Teflon? I see no information about it.

Boss is going on a cooking 3rd dimensional labyrinth spree. I'm not sure if I will be able to come back to the lesser place in life by using anything else for life.
