I got this for Christmas and finally set it up for breakfast this morning. I love the color and the design. I cooked bacon first so I love that it has a channel that the bacon fat drains into the drip tray. In my opinion the tray could be a bit bigger like my last griddle. I cooked 1 lb of bacon and had to hurry and empty the tray because it was full. I love the design of the cord because my kitchen is very small and the counter space I use my griddle on is right next to my fridge so I appreciate this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an avid cook and have used plenty of griddles over the years, and this has to be one of the worst. There's an odd lip between the griddle and the colored plastic that is impossible to clean, leaving with you with a bog of grease that cools and festers. Even with soapy water, the griddle and grease tray are never quite clean feeling. As for the cooking surface itself, it's horribly uneven with the middle barely past room temperature even on the highest setting. Save your money and spend a little more on something of quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy setup, easy clean up, and easy to use. Highly recommend. So far we've used this for pork chops and burgers. The drain trap is an added bonus. Heated up fairly quickly. It's a simple, multifunctional kitchen aid.
