I have used the everyday griddle a few times, and so far the only complaint would be that it is a little uneven, especially towards the middle of the griddle. The outside area of the rectangular surface is a little hotter and results in uneven cooking times and temperature.

But seems like a good solid griddle. Cooked pancakes evenly. Took a minute to get used to the 1-5 numbers on the control, rather than temperature. Wonder why it was designed with a gap between the outer casing and the surface of the griddle, which traps food. Have to use a skinny brush or a knife to get those food particles out.

I am thoroughly satisfied by the quality, fit and finish of this griddle. First time using it was amazing. My wife used it to make french toast and was very happy with how well it performed. Heated up quickly and evenly. Since I was a beneficiary of the french toast I was very impressed by the results. I unfortunately didn’t take a picture of the griddle in action, but there is ample room for 8 slices of bread on the heating tray. I highly recommend purchasing this griddle, it will not disappoint.

I cooked breakfast in this and only had to clean the griddle. I was able to cook pancakes for the family in here and not be waiting for one pancake in a pan and then for another. It was great to be able to have 6 pancakes going at a time. Then I cooked some eggs, and they didn’t stick!! (With a little oil of course) and bacon! I loved it! I can’t wait to cook more with it! It was easy to clean. It has a little tray where oil and other stuff fall into and easy to take out and clean as well. It warmed up pretty fast too! I’m really happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle is amazing. It's a nice big size and has plenty of room to cook multiple things at once. It heats up quickly and maintains an even heat. It's perfect for cooking French toast and sausage/ bacon in the morning for my kids. It's also great for making burgers and brats for dinner. The grease trap on it holds a decent amount of grease and is very easy to pull out and clean. It makes cooking so much easier and quicker to just use the one griddle versus different pans. And the cleanup is a lot easier also. Overall I love the size and the ease. Definitely recommend.

Yes the griddle is removable for washing but the probe holes could still get wet. Our last griddle( not dash) quit working from corrosion in those holes. Yes you need to let it dry completely before use. It is easy to wash in the sink without the base. Read the manual.The griddle works great for our daily pancakes and bacon. I'd like to try hamburgers but worry about heating where there is no food to cook. I have several Dash products and they are durable and I do use them.

It is the perfect size for a family meal, we love using it to make breakfast (pancakes, eggs, etc) but I am also very interested in using it for other ideas like Fajitas and multiple grilled cheese sandwiches at once. It is lightweight and easy to store when not in use and I love the teal blue color, it is a fun option vs the usual all black.

I had bacon, eggs and then numerous pancakes all cooking at the same time! I’m in love and easy to clean! The drain was perfect for the oil and grease. Can’t say enough how great this works!
