[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my every day griddle almost every day of the week. I absolutely love the shape of this griddle. It’s more rectangle, which allows it to fit perfectly in my cabinet without sticking out even a little bit. It’s not bulky and it’s not heavy, which are two other great perks. it cooks evenly and super easy to clean. You can’t use metal on it but that’s just fine with me because I prefer plastic utensils. You can also use wooden utensils. It comes with a pull out drain bin that’s easy to take out and dump and put back in. This comes in handy when you cook anything greasy. Overall, I am very happy with this and super enthusiastic to cook with it.
