Thought it was a white Zinfandel

This is a wine that is comparable to 7 Deadly Zins or Cline Old Vine Zin. Good value. Easy to drink.

Zinfandel's are supposed to be semi-dry, and I normally enjoy that hint of sweetness in my red without it being... sweet. However, I do not enjoy dry wines and this was very, very, dry, unpleasantly oaky, and high in tannins. Like biting into a green banana, it dries up all the saliva in your mouth! Will probably use this bottle for sauces and gravies, possibly salad dressing.

I had a disappointing first attempt with this wine a few years ago, it just didn't taste good. This was prior to the currently available 2021 vintage. Seeing some currently good reviews, I gave it another try, and I am surprised at how different (better) it is now. I'm going back for more.

For the money you can't beat this wine. It is comparable to The Prisoner for much less money!

This is a hreat wine! The previous vintage aged amazinly and I expect the same with the current vintage. It is vey drinkable from the day you buy it, recomend letting it breath 20 to 40 mins! Great alone or pair with steak to spaghetti!

Well, I guess I was stupid. I ordered once, and there was no topper over the cork as all wine comes with, I tried to return, but they don't allow it, but obviously mine was a return. I should say I don't have a car so this is delivery so the fact you can't return online stinks I have to get a friend to go in and try when she has time so its always a HUGE hassle. I ordered 2 more thinking it had to be an anomoly, but nope, the 2 new ones were like that too. What's up Sam's Club? What a HUGE annoyance and poor quality control. Can't speak to the wine since unable to drink it, HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.

My favorite grape. Nice representation and a super value. Buy by the case for a discount. Full bodied, bold and sassy.
