I love to toast this and put avocado and eggs on it for breakfast. The bread holds up well and tastes delicious

I eat it early in the morning like at toast , also I love to make sandwiches with it , is really healthy

It was a little too harsh for my taste honestly. Toasted with some butter was a little better than just plain.
