I am constantly looking for a high protein low carb items I can add to my diet. I eat very little bread but wanted something to toast and spread avocados on. This bread is delicious while being good for me. I toast a couple pieces, add avocados and salt and pepper. This bread is delicious. I place the rest in the freezer until I need a few more slices.

I used to LOVE Dave's killer Bread.NO MORE!It has changed. The bread is dry and tasteless and no longer soft, it's like cardboard. I used to tell everyone to try this bread, Not anymore! It's been ruined by the bye out! Very disappointed! You've taken a great product and destroyed you rcustomer base.

this was provided as a substitute for my 100% whole wheat bread. why not substitute THE SAME THING but a different brand? and now I see, my current order will be giving me THREE of them! even tho last time I called and explained why I couldn't have these.

I've been eating this bread over two years now. I will buy no other whole grain bread. This bread has the best ingredients, the perfect amount of fiber, time of other nutrients and yet it feels good in the mouth! Every other whole grain bread I've tried to like has detracted from a sandwich or needed tons of butter, jelly, or peanut butter to make palettable. I could eat this every day, and I do. I can't tell you you'll like it as much as bakery fresh sour dough, but if you're looking to be healthier this is a very easy compromise to make, and it doesn't feel like you're losing anything.

Yes this bread tastes great, but that is because SUGAR is the 3rd ingredient after whole grain wheat & water. Sugar is poison to me and also to the huge and ever growing population with metabolic syndrome, type I & II diabetes, & pre-diabetes. Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE create a bread with NO SUGAR??? Add salt, rosemary, garlic, or ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES SUGAR for flavoring? I will pay MORE $$$ FOR SUCH A BREAD! As it is I can't eat this bread. So no 5 stars from me.

I read the negative remarks and felt compelled to give my review. All I can say is Dave's Bread is the ONLY bread I trust from a big chain grocery store. The negative remarks seems to me were purchases of old outdated bread. I would have taken any of it back to the place of purchase and demanded a new loaf. During covid, I did purchase a loaf that had molded due to not being removed before expiration. I now make sure I check my dates. I love the bread, refuse to buy any other brand, and I also love what this company stands for....helping others. Thank you for an excellent product and helping others get a leg up in life.

This bread has quite a bit of added sugar, which is really not needed. As a packaged bread, it's not too bad, maybe better than the competition, but the added sugar is a distraction and makes the bread a lot more unhealthy than it would be without it.

Absolutely amazing product. It’s rare to find something like this with so much fiber and multi grains. For all the folks out there whining about the meager 5g per slice of sugar, keep in mind that this is a minuscule amount compared to other products and is actual sugar, meaning it’s not any of the fake crap or new fruit-based sugars are are linked to even more health issues. Don’t change a thing!

Dear Dave I highly commend you & your high quality company & breads!!!! As an old timer I just wish this nice quality 21 Whole Grains & Seeds favorite selection of mine were slightly 50% slightly less sweet like my all-time favorites of sprouted whole grains breads... Would you be able to bake for me that favorite LESS-SWEET favorite 21 whole grains & seeds bread which I would enjoy so much???? Thanks Dave & Best Wishes!!!!

This bread is really tasty! I tried different brands of bread and finally I found one that I completely fell in love with! It has nice texture, very special taste and full of whole grains. Can not imaging my morning without this flavorful crispy peace of Dave's Killer bread toast. I will buy it again and again!
