I recently recommended it to a friend. She bought it and sent me a picture. In the picture, I realized the ingredients on the front were different -- 6 g protein (as opposed to 5, which is good), 4 g fiber (as opposed to 5), 130 mg ALA-Omega 3 (as opposed to 260) -- THAT'S HALF the amount previously! The nutrition facts on Walmart's product post still indicates the old nutritional information -- this should be corrected... these are pretty big changes!

I made a sandwich and part of the bread was so dry that I literally got stuck in my throat that I was choking. I had to hurry and grab my water bottle so then I could swallow it. I’ll tell you it was an extremely scary feeling to be choking on, a dried piece of bread this bread has no flexibility to it. It’s literally as hard as a piece of cardboard. It was dried out. Tasteless I will never purchase this again.
