Taste was awful. Smelled awful. Had diarreha for 12 hours!

I meant the nutrition list to look like a vitamin bottle.

Good Nutrition. I Use it for sandwiches, or toast, or French toast.

The bread taste good I like to have it toasted. The only thing I would change is the price point.

Finally after 60 years, I found the best tasting bread and it's healthy.

I toast it for breakfast and use it for sandwiches. Like that it is healthier for you.

I have to watch for nuts but good otherwise.
