Loved the lights initially. Very warm and cozy on our patio. The low rating along with I would never purchase again is because quite a few of the bulbs filled with water. Some were still working and others not. There are no replacement bulbs for these lights. I’m still waiting on replacement but from Honeywell months later. Do not recommend just because you can’t buy replacement bulbs.

Just after the 5 year warranty the plastic on the light bulls crack and the light bulb housings came apart and all this while they were stored, used outside only for hours at a time

I just installed these lights, and after the installation I just noticed that one of the bulb doesn't work. How can a product like this (from Honeywell) goes out without good quality control

I bought three sets of these when Sam's had them on sale before. Due to yard construction, I just took them out of the box 2 days ago to be sure they all worked, they did. Now tonight, I have one bulb out. It is the first one in the line. How do I get a replacement? Do we have to contact Honeywell customer service each time a bulb goes out prematurely like this? Other than this, the lights look fantastic!!

Bought and installed three sets last year (Christmas 2020). They look great around our pergola. However, one whole set just crapped out for no apparent reason. We've tried replacing a few of the bulbs but unfortunately, it's some issue with the whole string. Now I'm wrestling with whether or not I should replace the set with the same ones or go with different brand all together.

I purchased these last month to add a warm glow and excitement to the entryway of my home and they look great! I had one bulb that seems to have a short and will only light when held upright, which means it doesn't work when hung up. Only 1 bad bulb still creates the look I was going for though
