Made terrible coffee. Cheap plastic. Feels cheap. Looks cheap. I have purchased a single cup drip coffeemaker and do not plan on returning to Keurig. More hassle perhaps, but the quality of the coffee makes up for that. There are thousands of reviews online about this, and you might want to start listening to your users.

This one is smaller so immediately I liked the smaller size and extra counter space. The reservoir is just large enough so you don't need to fill it every day. I like my coffee extra hot so I run a few ounces of plain water through it and then make my coffee. This allows the heating element to pre-heat and make the coffee hotter. I wish the coffee came out hotter the first time without this extra step but I just like my coffee extra hot so I'll put up with this extra step. This coffee maker is also much quieter than my old one so that's an added bonus.
