HAD THESE TIRES FOR 6 YEARS ON OUR NISSAN ROGUE SPORT, EXCELLENT GRIP AND WEAR.TREAD LIFE. TYPICALLY USED IN THE WINTER FOR 10-15KM IN ALBERTA, CANADA WEATHER. ON AN 18" RIM THE 255/65/R18 ARE VERY QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. RECENTLY BOUGHT THEM AGAIN, HOWEVER, I AM CURIOUS HOW MUCH BETTER STUDDED VERSIONS WOULD BE.

I had this winter tires since early 2022 put on my 2020 forester however they performed poorly on ice fish tailed twice even when driving slowly in intersections. I have lost confidence with this set. 225/60/R17 on a forester 2025 I bet the oem tires would have performed better on ice. Very disappointed although it is good on deep snow and dry conditions apart from that stay away from this. They marketed this tire that it will perform on ice hence the name x-ice but does not live to its name. Note: tires not even that much worn out.

I moved from the city to up North. WOW all the snow we get and ice. It snowed like almost every second day. I’m so happy l bought these tires. When l drive on the road with these tires -WOW. The car with these tires never seemed that there was any trouble with the snow or ice . I felt so safe driving my car with them on. They are worth every penny you paid for them. Especially when your love one takes the car and you know you have great winter tires with good rubber and they are going to be safe driving. Who can ask for any better feeling with themselves then known you or your love ones will be safe driving with Michelin’s Tires. Thanks Michelin for producing such great tires.

I run Michelin X-Ice Snow tires all year round. They are quiet and work good on our rain soaked roads as well as in snow. They last in excess of 70,000 km and I never have a flat tire. I run only Michelin tires on all our vehicles. Great tires that take very little balance weight.

Had these installed on a ford mustang GT and used last winter. Nice ride and quiet for snow tires even on dry pavement. Most importantly provided excellent grip in all conditions. Can speak on durability as it has only. Even one winter but seems like they will hold up well. Money well spent.

I purchased the Michelin Ice snow tires last fall and used them through the winter driving Period. I mounted them on my SUV and found the ice tezction simply fantastic for control and breaking. The snow driving was excellent as well. I highly recommend this tire.

This is my second set of X-Ice tires and I’ll likely purchase a third. I’m used to aggressive looking winter tires, the more tread and metal studs the better. The X-Ice is more science than style; more performance than fashion statement. All that said, the sales incentives certainly help . . .

I didn't drive on these much yet, and haven't been out in snow with them yet either, but from what I did drive on these tires, they are SUPER QUIET and ride excellently! Aggressive-tread snow tires are notoriously LOUD. These aren't. I definitely lean towards "quiet comfort" when it comes to snow tires, since 90%-95% of the time I'm driving on them, the roads are clear or only just wet. Yes, a snow tire's true function is getting much better grip in slippery conditions (vs. a standard all-season tire). This tire's tread pattern appears to optimize icey-road grip performance more than deep snow grip, which I'm fine with. Tire grip in snow usually isn't the issue. The most difficult grip conditions are icey roads, which was the condition I was attempting to optimize with this tire purchase. With the amount of tread and siping maximized with this tire design, looks like I'll have that. I purchased a prior model X-Ice snow tire 8 years ago and have had very good ice grip with those tires. I am expecting more of the same (and even slightly better) with these newer tires!

This is the 9th set I have purchased since been driving. (30 yrs). The winter tire gets better fuel mileage than the all season my car came equipped with. Tire works better in snow then imagined. To get the tire to slip you must intentionally try so good.

I left for work early in the morning of Toronto’s big snowstorm last January .. having to work my way through streets that had yet to see a snow plow … this was my first test of the Michelin X-Ice Snow tires and they were fantastic. I do have an all wheel drive crossover (Mazda CX-30) and it only took me an extra 8 minutes to get to work … I felt in total control of the car. Worth every penny I spent on these tires!!!
