I've tried a wide variety of Irish whiskies here in the US and in Ireland. The Black Barrel is easily one of the smoothest as well as being one of the best buys for Irish whisky. Can't beat the quality for the price.

Jameson is the only brand of whiskey I buy, and the black barrel is probably my favorite. The flavor is smooth and easy to drink. My husband hates whiskey of any kind and love the black barrel because he says it reminds him of a spiced rum.

After tasting this 6 or so years ago, nothing else compares. The taste is amazing, there's absolutely no burn, and it finishes with a warm wonderful feeling after each sip.

I was gifted a bottle for my birthday. Has the best flavor in a whiskey I've had in a while and so very smooth. I only wish I had the money to by other flavors to experience.

Excellent flavor, also served to my friends and they enjoyed it as well. The bottle could use a new, more feminine appearance. Just a little food for thought.

Got some 2weeks ago and it is smooth rich flavor . I’ve already had to buy more and will return! Same great Jameson quality we have all grown to love!

I started out drinking Jameson and when the Jameson Black Barrel came out I tried and I was hooked. I've been drinking it since. I love the taste and I can either drink it neat or on the rocks. I would highly recommend it.

For Irish Whiskey, Jameson Black Barrel has no equal! This is my "go to" for Ieish Whiskey. Always "robust" waiting to be sipped, in whatever fashion I choose!! Definitely * * * * * (Five Stars!)
