DO NOT TRUST ORDER AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

I would have rated this a 0 if I could. These arrived a day after my wedding. I followed the instructions it gave and set delivery date for two days before my wedding and they arrived 3 days late. Not only was I out of flower petals for my flower girls but when I went to customer service to complain the day after they were supposed to arrive she literally didn’t care, no apology, no let me help you find some at a different location. I said I refuse to pay for these and she said I had to wait until they arrived and come back to return. I did exactly what she said and apparently they are un returnable. The absolute worst.
