Absolutely better than we ever expected. I ordered the 100 deep red for a fundraising event and auctioned the centerpieces at the end. Attendees thought the roses were faux, they resembled velvet! Five days later, roses are just as fresh and beautiful!

TRUST THE PROCESS!!! They will arrive looking very sad and small, but after unwrapping them and putting them in water, the next morning they looked so much better. They were delivered on the Wednesday before my Saturday wedding, and letting them sit in cold clean water for those three days made them look absolutely perfect. Also, I was amazed by how little scent they had. They didn't smell overwhelmingly floral, which was great! And the color was absolutely perfect. I didn't want plain old white, and wanted a pop of purple. They were perfect!

The roses came on time, packed securely, when unpacked, cutback stored properly they opened beautifully! The pictures don't do them justice especially outside in the sunlight.

I have been ordering flowers for my church's annual event for 13 years, and I have never been this disappointed. The flowers are beautiful, but unfortunately, they arrived hot from the FedEx delivery and were already completely open, which means they were not fresh. On top of that, the flower food powder was not included! Every year, I am responsible for purchasing the flowers and creating the arrangements for our church's special event. I always schedule delivery for Thursday so the flowers have time to gradually open by Saturday and look absolutely beautiful and fresh for Sunday's celebration. This year, however, the flowers arrived already fully open, and I am extremely concerned that they will not last until Sunday, the most important day of our event. I purchased 700 flowers, and I paid for them out of my own pocket. These flowers are not cheap, and I put a lot of time, money, and effort into making sure everything looks beautiful for our church. After 13 years of following the same process with wonderful results, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Beautiful flowers mean nothing if they arrive in a condition that prevents us from enjoying them when we actually need them. I expected much better quality, proper packaging, and freshness, especially considering the amount of money spent.

Ordered these for a bridal bouquet....terrible! They were basically rotten! Came in dry, rotten, and after being babied for 2 days useless for a bride's bouquet. Customer service refunded half......half.... of these roses. They did not hold, was shipped from Miami, to Memphis, then back to Mississippi. DRY and ROTTEN. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Yes, I reached out to customer service before this statement for a resolution with plenty of pictures to document. They refunded half of the roses...half!

The packaging was perfect. I was a little concerned when I first opened them because I expected the flowers to feel fresh to the touch. However, we live in South Texas, and the extreme heat this time of year likely affected them during shipping. Some of the outer edges looked a little dry, but once I started assembling the bouquets, those petals came right off, and the roses looked absolutely beautiful. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and would definitely purchase them again.

We ordered 550 Premier Roses for our daughter's wedding. They were delivered 2 days before and opened beautifully for the big day. We could not have been happier with the purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend or order again.

The supplier drop the ball because they were the ones that packed the already damaged roses. I have purchased Ecuatorian Roses before and they are truly the best. These roses were for Mother's Day 1st grade school event. I was in shock when I opened the box right when they were delivered. I was so embarrassed because I had to tell my teacher's team that my idea of ordering them at Sams didn't work out.

Very impressed with the freshness and quality of the MOONSTONE WHITE roses. They are more of a garden rose with the ruffled petals. Arrived on time and securely packaged. Extremely long stems, about 25-27", very hearty stems and they opened up beautifully. Delivered on Wednesday for a Saturday event. 12 days later they are still holding up well. Will continue to order this variety as long as the quality remains.
