I was very disappointed. My chicken was still bloody inside.. after ripping all the meat off the bones.. i had to recook it... so instead of it being a meal for the humans.. it went to my dog.. very upset

Last 5 were not cooked properly. Got sick of taking them back not worth it.half the time there is none or they over make them and have them sitting out over two hours which is not ocea compliant

I love you store but am not happy with your delivery people. Awhile back i ordered muffins and my driver opened the container to 2 of them. Then, I just purchased 2 rotissarie chickens and the driver opened the container and took the skin off the chicken......who does this......

I'm not too far about Sam's oven toasted chicken, I was trying to pick up a roasted chicken but I noticed that it was over cook. But it to me it looked like it was burned. There's been other days I have purchased a roasted check from Sam's. The times been perfectly. Not undercooked or overcook. It was just right. Hopefully the roasted chicken won't be like that anymore.

The rotisserie chicken was very good, but I ordered the 12 pk croissants and got corn muffins instead. When I called the store, I was on hold for 45 minutes, the manager did not want to make good for their mistake and also hung up on me. From now on if I continue to do a pick up order , I will make sure to check my order before I leave.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. I PAID THE 3 HOUR EXPRESS AND THE DRIVER WOULD NOT WAIT 10 MINUTES TO FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE READY-PREPARED. THE DRIVER STILL HAD 2 HOURS. THE CHICKEN WAS FOR THE LUNCHEON. WORST DELIVERY EVER. THE DRIVER SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME AND LET ME DECIDE WHAT TO DO AND NOT MAKE THAT DECISION FOR MY LUNCH. HORRIBLE PERSON. I THINK THAT SAMS SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME ALSO. SAM COULD HAVE DELIVERED IT LATE. BOTTOM LINE BOTH OF THEM SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME.
