It looked really delicious when I picked it up today. But when my husband went to cut it up he said I didn't want to see it and I wouldn't eat it. Very pink inside and a bunch of juices still flowing out of it. Dinner delayed and putting it back in the oven, after I already had it heating up in the oven for 50 minutes @ 350 degrees. Don't you guys check the chickens before you put them out for sale? I go out of my way to to go Sams in Clarksville for the rotisserie chickens. I've already questioned myself about renewing my yearly membership. This doesn't help any. Really don't think it's worth it anymore.

Only down fall I don’t buy any more because it is not done it’s slimy and in pink meat. that is just under cooked and it does not mater the store or day I have voice my opinion on it but still no change. I don’t want to buy it and go home and put it and the oven to cook. Price is great Sams CB club need to cook them longer so that they are not raw .

I have always liked these chickens. However, since moving and shopping at the Denham Springs, La store, the chicken are under cooked and sometimes just raw. I've complained many times and have reported them to the board of health with evidence. No changes, they continue to under cook the chickens.

Had an order placed for pick up this is what they gave me. Started to place it in my car and then back tracked to the trunk. You could plainly see through the plastic cover it was bad. Should have never been given to me. Had to drive 15 miles to pick up my order now have to drive another 15 miles to take it back. And because of the cold temps and snow and wind I still haven't returned it. And did I mention I am a senior of 80 yrs old.

I didn’t receive this item . My order was several hours late. I gave the store some extra time because I knew they were short staffed and behind. I came to the store then day after my order was due to be ready. I waited in the parking lot over an hour only to get my order and it’s missing my rotisserie chicken.

Why do they continue to burn the chilled rotisserie chicken breasts? They are dry and acrid tasting. Was hoping I could enjoy them after I removed the burned parts, but...blech. Reached out to customer service in May and they said that they would "escalate" my request to get the store (LBJ/Midway, Dallas,TX) to stop burning them. It's been two months and nothing has changed. Oh well.

i bought a chicken on Sunday. i was so excited to make a cold chicken salad. the chicken looked fully cooked from outside even looked toasty. When i start to rip apart the chicken off the bone everything looked cooked. Until i got closer to the middle of the bird then it was pink. i was so Upset and let down because the point of the getting a on the go chicken is expecting it to be fully cooked. i no longer could use that chicken. i just wish there was a way they can check to make sure they are fully cooked. i can only imagine those people that buy in bundles and get let down.

Smelled good, looked wonderful, brought it home to eat it and it was way undercooked. Bloody at thigh/leg area and breast meat was very pale pink. Really disappointed, won't purchase this chicken again. I know others have stated that they microwave it when they get home, but it shouldn't be served under-cooked and make microwaving "mandatory" in order to eat it.

I bought this rotisserie chicken the other day hoping I’d have better luck with it than the last time I bought it. (A year or two ago). No luck again, I bought two each time & both times BOTH chickens were pink and bloody inside. I had to reheat all the chicken before serving it, which defeated the purpose of getting for a quick & easy meal for my family. Extremely disappointed Do they read any of these comments?? People get sick from this! I won’t buy again.
