I really like the convenience of Sams chicken. I purchased 2 last visit. They were undercooked and I had to put them in the microwave to make them edible. Not appetizing

It was BURNT. The inside reminded me of the Griswald turkey on Christmas Vacation. So dry. Even my cats rejected it. My husband didn't know you have to check the food, but there you go.

Rotisserie chicken is undercooked again! Will not be buying another one! Tried to call asst mgr three times and she was in meetings or gone. No response to emails. Don’t buy - Sam’s will make you sick!

Sharing my thoughts of this purchase of a rotisserie chicken it was completely Raw not fully baked this wasn’t the first time having to deal with this issue.

The rotisserie chicken used to be scrumptious! Now it is bland and disappointing! It's kind of like it has the same look of the yummy rotisserie, but inside it's a clone mockery of bluh!

I bought this and we ate 1/3 of it and forgot the rest in the fridge for weeks. It did NOT change …. preservatives or something, but I won’t be purchasing again.

I bought 2 chickens. One of them was undercooked. Still pink inside. This is about the 4th time this has happened. Staff obviously do not check temperature and just rely on timing.

The rotisserie chicken wasn’t done. It was red inside. I took it back and got a refund. I didn’t want another one because they were all cooked at the same time.

I have given this rotisserie chicken a try for the past 12 months- I have probably only had 1 good rotisserie chicken. They are always over cooked and dry. Please don't sell bad rotisserie chickens.

sometimes the chicken is great and other times awful. I have received chicken that was so underdone that the juices were red. this time the chicken was burnt until it was black. I have my items delivered so I am at the mercy of the shoppers to send good products. this time was the worst. the skin was absolutely black and the wing looked like charcoal.my recommendation is to buy at the store so you can pick out your own chicken. no more ordering for me. I tried to upload the photo but it won't let me for some reason.
