Have been purchasing Sam’s Club rotisserie chickens for a long time, and has always been great. But the last two times I have purchased two of them at a time over the last two weeks, they have still been bloody in the middle. Don’t know if I will be purchasing any more in the future. Very disappointed!

I’m very disappointed in Sam’s Rotisserie Chicken! It 3 times now that i bought 2 chickens and had to throw them away. The second time I deboned 2 at the same time and the legs were raw. I called them a d they said to not reheat them just throw them away. No chicken dinner that night. They did return my money for those 2. Now I’m going to the store to get my next refund. I’m I the only one this is happening too?

Raw in the inside! Disgusting! Don't know how this could even happen but it was full on raw at points where I cut into it. I've worked in food service and restaurants for many years so I'm not oblivious to what cooked but pink versus raw looks like and this was RAW!

Never received. Was quoted an additional wait of 20 minutes when picking up my curbside order, but couldn't wait. The associate took down my last name again, and mentioned it would be refunded to my card. Very disappointing. To compound this, the refund still has not been received! Also, once retuning home to unload balance of order that was picked up, over half the potted waters from one package were leaking, and had to be thrown out.This was due to the fact the associate simply "threw" the waters into the car as opposed to simply placing them in the back seat. While I love Sam's and usually get great service, this left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would love someone reaching out to confirm a credit of one chicken, and one case of water has been refunded to my original form of payment. Apologies in advance for such a long rant, but have not received any responces in regards to how this will be taken care of. Thanks very much in advance!

Not fully cooked! This is the second time it was not fully cooked under the thighs. The last one was totally raw underneath. Something is wrong... also had family member with same issue. They are great when cooked correctly!!! From just looking on the outside, you can’t tell.

Unfortunately this was the first time I was disappointed with not only the food but the way customer service dealt with my concerns. I purchases 6 whole roasted chickens for work and 4 were extremely under cooked and 2 were practically raw. I showed them pictures yet nothing was done.

Never all the way done in the inside. Chickens are possibly too big but can you please do something about this? I was standing there and another customer commented on the say thing. Stating she also have to recook her chicken because it’s not done in the inside.

I bought this chicken when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to cook, but since last year, every time I buy it, it's half cooked, and it's impossible to eat it. I have reported this anomaly at least three times. They always tell me they will notify me and a supervisor will contact me. But this has never happened. And every time I buy this product, I have to throw it away because it is not cooked. It is unfortunate that a good product does not have quality control by the area supervisors.

Looked cooked on the outside but was raw/bloody on the inside. After purchasing a number of chickens in the last year this way we will no longer purchase them. We used to enjoy getting them here as they were always very good and reasonably priced but for whatever reason the last 4 or 5 we have bought ave been undercooked and inedible.

Chicken was raw, this was the 3rd time. Nobody ever answers the phone to inform them.
