I ordered the chickens the day before and when I go there to pick them up, they did not have them.They told me they were not cooking anymore but yet.I parked and then I went inside and they were cooking

Always get a chicken or two but the last time I got one it wasn’t completely cooked, it was terrible I thru it out. Can’t believe they could mess it up with a timer on rotisserie.

The store does not currently have the ability to supply the demand for this product as there is always a line waiting for chicken to come out of the roaster. The past few wait times have Ben in excess of 20 mins.

When we got the chicken home and cut into it we discovered it was still raw in the middle. We threw it out because we had no idea how long it had been under the warmer so we were worried that it might be dangerous to eat.

Really disappointing ... under cooked and no flavor. This is frst time we've had a Sam's chicken that was virtually uneatable ... no normal spices and under cooked 9bloody around bones).

Please be very aware of Salmonella food poisoning..Sam's employees know about undercooked rotisseries being and Managers been told as well..confronted Lupita from Pharr,TX Sam's Location and responded "JUST STOP BUYING THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN."!!!

Missing completely, when I picked up I was told, we were out of chickens, you will get a refund. However they did not refund me until I requested it.

I have left so many reviews over the last 25 years and never have I received a response. I’m not happy with the service at Sam’s and I don’t see it they were changing.

Purchase the chicken in the afternoon as the clerks were passing them out at the customer request. Took it home for dinner. Two bites in. Within in 45 mins, I was so sick. I could not make it back to the store. It took 72 hrs to recover. Never again

Something was wrong with the chicken, it was not normal inside. Outside it looked fine but inside was disgusting. Thankfully Sam’s Club did let me return it, but I won’t buy again.
