Chicken not completely cook inside, but brown on the outside. I think that the chief is cooking on a high temp, cooking the outside but never completely cooking throughout. It was red and and the bones were still attached, even the white muscle. I purchased 2 and ended up having to cook them for an hour in my oven.

All of the chickens were over cooked and dried out. The seasoning was different than every other Sam’s Club chicken I have ever had. It tasted like turmeric. The skin and meat was yellow. When I was there, the oven timer was beeping for at least 5 minutes. I guess that’s why the chickens are dried out, no one is there to monitor them.

We use to purchase this rotisserie chicken at least once every two weeks or so, but recently it has not been seasoned at all. We always have to add some type of seasoning to give it a decent flavor. It is not good anymore at all. Same chicken, but very bad taste now. Not sure if something big has changed but as I waited with others to get my chicken, they felt the same. Hope it changes soon or I will stop purchasing them.

It is good to eat chicken, but the relationship of the staff working there is very bad I ordered the pork ribs at the Orlando Sam's Club, and they made sure to order it just the way I wanted it without the sauce on top. When I asked the staff if I could special order the roast pork ribs at Sam's Club in Buffalo, Nairgara Falls, he gave me a stern reply and turned me away. Very bad customer service staff

I ordered this for pick-up. They gave me a chicken that came out of the oven at 2:28 in the afternoon although they knew I would be picking up my order at 6:00 pm. I didn't know this until I got home. Whomever was responsible for getting my order together should have known better.

I have purchased Roasted chickens at Sams club multiple times in the past. When I got home and cut into this one to serve for dinner, it was not fully cooked all the way through. It definitely was an anomaly as I’ve never experienced this with a Sams club roasted chicken in the past.

This was a large chicken and it looked very tasty! Unfortunately, I had to dispose of it before it had been consumed. The chicken was raw inside. It has not been cooked enough or the temperature was incorrect during the cooking phase. I was very disappointed wih this purchase. Because of food poisoning, etc, the chickens need to be monitored mre carefully.

When I got the chicken home, I microwaved it for 5 minutes as I ALWAYS do because Sam's rotisserie chicken is never completely cooked. When I got around to cutting into the chicken the next day, it was bloody around the bones. The top slices on the breast meat was fine until I got down to the breast bone. The bones around the drumsticks and thighs were definitely not cooked well. Normally, the chickens are light in color but these were darker so I had hopes they were fully cooked. It'll be a long time before I buy rotisserie chicken again.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. I PAID THE 3 HOUR EXPRESS AND THE DRIVER WOULD NOT WAIT 10 MINUTES TO FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE READY-PREPARED. THE DRIVER STILL HAD 2 HOURS. THE CHICKEN WAS FOR THE LUNCHEON. WORST DELIVERY EVER. THE DRIVER SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME AND LET ME DECIDE WHAT TO DO AND NOT MAKE THAT DECISION FOR MY LUNCH. HORRIBLE PERSON. I THINK THAT SAMS SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME ALSO. SAM COULD HAVE DELIVERED IT LATE. BOTTOM LINE BOTH OF THEM SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME.

The chicken was not fully cooked, you could see where it was red all right in the middle of the breast. I deboned it and cooked it till it was done. I wanted to take it back but we had already stared eating out of it and we live in a part of Austin where there is so much traffic. They are not expensive and I rather drive to Sam's to buy the rotisserie chicken because they are a lot better the other stores but I was not expecting this.
