The chicken was a good size and was golden brown on the outside. Unfortunately, when we started cutting into the chicken breast, it was not cooked completely.

Never received rotisserie chicken. Placed an order for rotisserie chicken but we received a large bag of navel oranges instead. How does this happen? Sam’s customer service refunded the amount in a timely manner. Just perplexing!

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. I PAID THE 3 HOUR EXPRESS AND THE DRIVER WOULD NOT WAIT 10 MINUTES TO FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE READY-PREPARED. THE DRIVER STILL HAD 2 HOURS. THE CHICKEN WAS FOR THE LUNCHEON. WORST DELIVERY EVER. THE DRIVER SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME AND LET ME DECIDE WHAT TO DO AND NOT MAKE THAT DECISION FOR MY LUNCH. HORRIBLE PERSON. I THINK THAT SAMS SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME ALSO. SAM COULD HAVE DELIVERED IT LATE. BOTTOM LINE BOTH OF THEM SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME.

Normally these are darn near perfect but this one was extremely under cooked. Only the wings and some of the breast meat were cooked enough to eat. Many times folks are lined up waiting for the chickens to be put in the case, maybe someone got pressured and set them out too soon before they were done.

The chicken I bought on Dec 4, was the worst chicken I have ever purchased. It was tough and dry and I was unable to determine if it was over cooked or under cooked so I tossed it. My latest purchase of this item was on 12-12-23 and it was very good.

When I got the chicken home, I microwaved it for 5 minutes as I ALWAYS do because Sam's rotisserie chicken is never completely cooked. When I got around to cutting into the chicken the next day, it was bloody around the bones. The top slices on the breast meat was fine until I got down to the breast bone. The bones around the drumsticks and thighs were definitely not cooked well. Normally, the chickens are light in color but these were darker so I had hopes they were fully cooked. It'll be a long time before I buy rotisserie chicken again.

Sam club Pickers didn't care that the skin was torn off l/missing from the top of rotisserie chicken and meat missing from sides of chicken and the packaging was not sealed, but still charged me and put it in my trunk. However, the Sam's Club manager apologuzed and credited my account, so the issue has been redolved.

I usually always buy a rotisserie chicken when I go to Sam's but this one I ordered on line to be picked up and they must have given me the worst one there!! It was burnt and dry. I ended up throwing it away. YOU may want to always just pick out your own...just sayin!!

So, a girl came out to our car with our Sam’s delivery, placed earlier online that day, which included a rotisserie chicken. She said the chicken wasn’t ready but only needed about ten minutes. In twenty minutes a young man came out and eyed us as he loaded groceries in the car parked next to us. Afterward he came up to our window and said, “sry there are no more rotisserie chickens”. Poor service at best. Not to mention, the charge was never deducted from our debit card.

When the chicken is fully cooked it’s good but more times than not I get a chicken that is not cooked fully. Blood is in the chicken when I cut it. Stop serving food like this. It’s not safe I’m going to start bringing them right back for a refund. Don’t have money to waste
