I purchased three rotisserie chickens and deboned them when I got home. I didn’t notice a bad smell until I put the chicken into a plastic container, refrigerating each one as I completed them. I then took the carcassses and boiled them for several hours. My house smelled so bad that I had to light scented candles all night to keep from getting nautious. I purchased these at the Greensburg, PA Sam’s Club. It will be a long time before I can even look at chicken!

We used to get these a lot but the last three times we have gotten them I get sick. The first couple times I thought it was a coincidence. After three times and after I hadn’t eaten anything else that day with the same exact stomach symptoms as the other three times I know it’s food poisoning. Sams club is not cooking these right or some kind of food safety is not being followed. Shame on you guys. I’m going to be sick all night again.

We ordered this Chicken 4 times, and each time it was not delivered as advertised, but I was charged anyway!! I had to waste hours with their customer service, which is in the Philippines, with lousy telephone connections, and difficult to hear and understand, to finally get a refund!!! And I'm tempted to order again, but never again!!!

Somebody should be checking the inside temperature of the cooked chicken at Sam's club. We bought this chicken today and when we got home to cut it up the entire inside of the chicken was raw. Not sure how or why but definitely not good to eat raw chicken. Checked inside temperature and even though we only left the club about fifteen minutes earlier it was pink with red blood inside. Looked like it had been frozen so only the outside of the chicken was cooked. Disappointed, Sam's is usually better then this. I am not driving back for a 499 chicken but Sam's really needs to train people so others dont get sick from uncooked chicken.

Not impressed by this fat under cooked under seasoned chicken. It is so tasteless. Expected a perfect bird. Another thing makes me wonder what I'm eating bc it's so fat. What did they feed or inject into these chickens. You can't get this size at regular stores but at least they taste good.

hard to find items unless you know exact name or description and when I checked out, kept dropping items. Wasted a lot of time juts trying to make it work. Need a better website and easier to use. Plus the Surprise AZ manager has chosen to delete some items from his store, making a customer to have to drive to different and further away location. So we have to order them on them online and payoff that extra cost to do so. Not all items are listed a PLUS item and will charge for shipping if not. Make your store and website easier to use for older generations and we are located in an area of 400+ retirees

Got 2 rotisserie chickens. When I was by the protein shakes it smelled like gas which I reported. I still had that penetrated gas smell in my car. I ate some chicken which smelled and tasted gross. I threw up. At home my daughter tells me the chicken smelled like rotten egg. SPOILED CHICKEN! I call Sam’s and I’m told to save the rotisserie chickens and take them back for a full refund & they’ll inform the department. Last time I buy rotisserie chicken.

Bought a chicken that was just taken out of the rotisserie. Got home and was very disappointed because it was tasteless. We use to buy Sam's Club Rotisserie Chicken all the time and it was very tasty months ago. By looking at the reviews here, I may not be buying this chicken again.
