Usually, Sam's rotisserie chicken is better prepared than other places where I make my purchases, not to mention way way less sodium. I placed a pick-up order for two rotisserie chickens on October 23, 2023. When I got home, they both were black. In December 21, 2023, I ordered two more. This time, one was undercooked and bloody. Not just that, when I cut it open, it hadn't been cleaned. It was completely gross. I have never had this problem before. I am very disappointed in the standards and quality they are selling to Sam's Members.

I remember when I was a past sams club member years ago; and the chicken was raw. I became a new member again in 2024 and the chicken is still raw. I have complained and returned chickens in the past. This time I took it home cut it open and behold raw chicken with pics. I didnt feel like taking it all the way back to the store. I put it my oven to cook. Please check your chickens thoroughly. I will not buy another roteserrie from Sams Club.

Tastes better & does not have near as many broken bones as their competitor. Some of the cheapest protein you can buy. NO SAFETY SEAL WHATSOEVER!! Not even the lid is attached. Anybody can walk by the counter & put in poison. Not even a thin plastic bag to keep it from leaking all over you car.

Bought this on Saturday at the boardman store. They normally are sold out or have none but Saturday they had a few. Nice big beautiful chicken but someone at the store thought it would be funny to coat the thing in salt. It was so bad I tried soaking and rinsing it in water. This did not help. Cats won't even eat it. Put it outside for the coons. Maybe they will eat it. Feel terrible wasting food from an animal that died to create it. Please look into what may have happened to cause it to be so salty. Thanks

Today August 14 I bought this chicken rotisserie supposed to be cooked brought it home and it was raw how to re-cook it to eat it this is the second time that this is happened I will not go into your store and buy your supposed to cook rotisserie chicken again.

The chicken was not available for pickup! I was notified that the order was ready for pickup but when I arrived and received the order the chicken was nowhere to be seen! The employee notified that I would need to wait :45 minutes for the chicken! I returned for the chicken 2 hours later and still no chicken!

We all got sick eating this today. It was a little pink and second guessed myself. I should have just thrown it away. We picked one up at almost 7:30 and by the time we got home it was time to sleep. Now it’s 1,2 in the AM and my son is throwing up like crazy.

Chickens a few months ago were slightly smaller but still delicious. Last few chickens have been bigger, massive looking in the container. I was pumped until I ate it. Tough, chewy, rubbery, and off flavor. I'm not sure if they changed where the chicken comes from or if they're pumping them full of something, but I'll stay clear of them until they're back to the smaller but delicious chickens.

it was RAW ON PICK UP. microwaved for pets, they wont eat it. refrigerated overnight to microwave for pets next day, it SMELLED RANK the next day. The thing was spoiled from the get go. It smelled foul when i took it out of the fridge, stunk up fridge overnight. This location is selling SPOILED FOOD. spoke to my mom, she got a whole bag of rotten avocadoes. this store is selling spoiled food. BUYER BEWARE.

I've purchased the rotisserie chicken in the past and it was very good. This morning I bought one for dinner tonight. It was not fully cooked. Part of it were definitely raw. On a night I needed to have dinner ready quickly, now I am roasting the chicken that should have been cooked when I purchased it. Very disappointed that the quality control today was just not there. I have taken pictures of it if anyone from Sam's would like to see it.
