Very disappointed in your fresh cooked chicken this week. We buy your chicken regularly but you may have a new cook who does not know how to see if it is cooked all the way. I am so tired of spending our hard earned money and getting ripped off or receiving faulty product or non-cooked product. Honestly hope the batch that was cooked last night did not make anyone sick. Your chicken Alfredo has made me sick on 3 occasions , i just love it but can’t do or buy that either anymore.

Be very careful of these. I bought 3 for myself and family members. All 3 of ours were raw in the middle. This happened months ago when i bought 6 and i tried repeatedly to report it to Sams and they wouldnt respond. I finally reported to health dept. I thought i would try again but apparently its still a problem. This is dangerous and could make someone very sick.

The last few chickens have feathers still on them dried blood inside like they don't clean them very well, besides they are getting smaller. The last chicken we got this week was steamed and not a Rotisserie as stated on their sign! It did not taste right, no flavor!!! I don't know what they sprinkle the chicken with to make it look roasted. They ruin it completely!

Usually, Sam's rotisserie chicken is better prepared than other places where I make my purchases, not to mention way way less sodium. I placed a pick-up order for two rotisserie chickens on October 23, 2023. When I got home, they both were black. In December 21, 2023, I ordered two more. This time, one was undercooked and bloody. Not just that, when I cut it open, it hadn't been cleaned. It was completely gross. I have never had this problem before. I am very disappointed in the standards and quality they are selling to Sam's Members.

They always leave one or two items off, not enough to raise caine about. Order a rotisserie chicken for delivery, only thing that wasn't delivered. But, I'm still charged for it! It happens with every delivery. Not enough money to pitch a fit, but still VERY frustrating. I can believe you are out of some item, but you still charge me. I'm tired of it.

Bought this on Saturday at the boardman store. They normally are sold out or have none but Saturday they had a few. Nice big beautiful chicken but someone at the store thought it would be funny to coat the thing in salt. It was so bad I tried soaking and rinsing it in water. This did not help. Cats won't even eat it. Put it outside for the coons. Maybe they will eat it. Feel terrible wasting food from an animal that died to create it. Please look into what may have happened to cause it to be so salty. Thanks
