I pick up a rotisserie chicken about once a month. I deconstruct it for sandwiches and chicken enchiladas for a quick meal. The taste is great.

Our grandkids love this chicken. As a retired couple we can make several meals off the leftovers. Our favorite is chicken pot pie.
