I throw them in the crockpot

I've never had a raw chicken, but I like mine fall-off-the-bone tender. So, as soon as I get it home, I throw it in the crockpot on low. When I'm ready to eat it, I debone it, and throw the bones back in the crockpot with water and veggie scraps to make soup stock.

Great product, great price!

New to the Club, we tried one of these delicious chickens first day as members. Was in no way disappointed! Tender, flavorful, and no undercooked parts like some store's chickens. Plus the size of the chicken itself was impressive for the price! Will be buying this again!

Verified Purchase

Always juicy, never dry

I couldn’t raise a chicken for less than $4.99. Was full of bones but just the way I like it. You don t even want to buy it but it’s impossible not too. I usually just come to watch them slow roast on the spit and to inhale the intoxicating smell but next thing you know there are 7 in my cart. I am a weak man.

Best Rotisserie chicken around

This is a great chicken. I shop all the time for cooked Rotisserie chicken. In the Florida market Publix is way too high and dry for it's price, a local produce store too small and no flavor, Boston Market way too small price too high, and this beat's BJ;s hands down. The only thing I'm sad about now is I'm covid 19 positive and I can't get this delivered. but once I'm not sick anymore I can't wait to buy up this chicken

Perfectly cooked every time

I was reading the reviews posted here and was amazed by how many that said the chicken was undercooked. At the Cookeville, Tennessee location, the chicken is always perfect. In fact, on the weekends there is often a line waiting to take the chicken straight from the rotisserie I have sat and watched the worker check the temperature of each and every chicken on the rack. Often all the birds are all gone within minutes of finishing. They are perfectly cooked. Very juicy. And absolutely delicious. Never a problem and I buy them frequently.

Not Undercooked like others say

I am worried about our society as a whole. People in their reviews, think that the pink meat is not cooked all the way. When it clearly is by their pictures. Is everyone so far removed from cooking themselves that they have no clue what is what? If the juices are running clear, it is cooked. When you slow cook meat, sometimes it doesn't get all the way brown, and it stays pink. There are pink spots from blood vessels as well. This is tender a juicy and just right!

So good and a great price!

You have to catch these quick at my Sam's, they sell out fast! I usually buy 3 at a time, take them home and shred them to use in recipes. Once shredded they freeze very well and defrost well too. They make a great chicken salad as well as chicken alfredo.

No joke, my son can eat one while chicken by himself! He's on a higher protein diet and is always making sure I order enough rotisserie chickens. I personally love how versatile it can be. My son will eat it alone with baked beans and potatoes. I'll shred the chicken and make flautas, tinga, savory empanadas, and a million different things with the chicken. For a busy mom like me, these rotisserie chickens help me cut down on cooking time! 10/10!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

chicken noodle soup

Honestly I used to just buy it to eat "as-is" which is great, but then I decided to try something different. I broke it down to use in my "homemade" chicken and noodle soup. It served me well. A little salt and pepper, a bit of slow cooking, and it was great! I also used the drumsticks as a broth cook. Awesome.

Best TASTING Rotisserie chicken ever!! The only problem I find, is that they could cook it 3-4 minutes longer. Thighs are always half-raw with some blood. I always have to split it in half and put it back in my pre-heated oven for 20 minutes with some bbq sauce.
