They say Publix chicken is the best, but when I ate Publix chicken it got me so sick! I was terrified to eat chicken made by anyone else! When we had company coming, I pick one up , but not without questioning those that were there purchasing. Everyone loved it and I could not contain myself and had a piece, it was very good, but I added a little ingredient to make it tastier.

I love this. it is just me and my husband. I cut off the drumstick and thigh for one meal, debone the rest and cube it I can get up to three large meals for us for 5 dollars. Put the cubed chicken in soups, or in torilla wraps, or use it in a wide variety of recipes.

I buy this chicken almost every visit. I prefer chicken over beef. I pull it apart and throw away the bone and skin. I freeze the chicken in baggies. We enjoy our chicken dinner and I freeze the rest for my soups, casseroles, any recipe that calls for chicken. I shop early and watch these employees working so hard on these chickens. They stay so busy and do such a wonderful job.

The rotisserie chicken is something we buy every order for Sam's groceries. It is one of the most inexpensive foods that gives us several meals. We often use the chicken in salads for added protein. The taste is consistent from one time to another. The size is ideal.

Purchased 2 birds today and they are delicious. Placed one in the air fryer upside down to crisp skin and heat. Make a great entree and I cut the other one up for salad topping/entrees next week. They vacuum freeze very well too and taste delicious when reheated. I’ve never had a red or pink colored bird perhaps because I always reheat food to food safe temps before serving/eating. It’s not fast food and should be reheated when you get home to serve.

I purchased this after a friend recommended it. I have no idea why I had never bought a rotisserie chicken before, but this was the best. I absolutely will add this to our dinner rotation. My kids and husband loved it. It was so moist and hot and delicious.

We buy 3-4 of these chickens every couple weeks. Always excellent and we couldn't buy and cook chickens for this price. We even debone one a week with the skin and trimmings to make dog food for our furbabys adding vegetables to it at about 50/50 They love it and we know exactly what nutrition they are getting. And still a better deal than the Fresh pet style dog foods. These are a much better size and value than the ones at Walmart...

I find it hard to believe all the bad reviews on this item. I've been getting these since the rotisserie chicken has been introduced and have NEVER been disappointed with undercooked or dry chicken. I frequent the Niagara Falls, NY Sam's Club. It's a tasty product and reasonably priced.

You can not buy chicken this cheap, they are the biggest ones I have found and still at a cheap price. Tired of them as they are, I slice the breast and make Po Boy Sandwiches with their French Bread, I have deboned the chicken and used the meat to make chicken and dumplings My son likes to take the meat and chop it up and make chicken salad. Find something else that can feed a family for 5 bucks. And my dog loves the left over skin and fat and small pieces of meat after I take out the bones. Truly a family deal.

I recently started buying rotisserie chickens from Sam's after years of buying them from the local grocery stores. I have to say that I am amazed at the difference. The chickens are larger and much more succulent than the desiccated, mummified carcasses that the grocery stores charge $6.00 and up for. I noticed that quite a few people were complaining that the chickens at Sam's were undercooked. I normally use the chicken in other dishes so I don't mind if I have to cook it a little more.
