I buy this to make flautas/taquitos. The frying process is already long enough so this helps. I pull it all off the bones then add a little more spices.

Great main course for a fast supper. Large size good for several meals or family. At $4.99 can’t buy an uncooked bird and cook it for that. Very convenient.
