This Sams Club doesn't sell rotisserie chicken. They just switched their ovens to what loojs like convection ovens. The chickens stand on end and don't move throughout the whole cooking process. It looks like air driven convection cooking. The bird gets cooked evenly and completely, but its not a rotisserie chicken.

Sam's is adding a seasoning on the chicken that does not taste good! Why can't Sam's just use salt and pepper and let the customer add the seasonings they like rather then the customers don't buy the chicken because you are changing the flavor of the chicken to what someone at the store likes.

Was not cooked all the way. This is the third time this has happened when I bought their chicken. First time was fine. Right? People make mistakes. They have off days. Second time…okay maybe another off day. But the third time? Come on now! And it wasn’t like I bought it a few days after another. It was months after another. Somethings up. Usually I can separate the pieces no problem with my hands. These were a struggle.

The chicken is rarely fully cooked especially near the bone which increases the chances of salmonella and defeats the purpose of buying precooked. As well as it not being fully cleaned out in the middle, the quality has changed for the worst dramatically!

My chicken was raw and bloodly. I have pictures but no way to add those here. I got the chicken at 6:30pm by the time I went to use it to prepare dinner the club was closed. I put it in my oven and cooked it. I ate it the next day because it was too late for that night by the time it was done.

Chicken packaged well but found a live fly on the chicken when I opened the bag. I called the store and they said they would try to send me another chicken, but to no avail. I had to throw away the whole chicken cause it sickened me,

I always buy the chicken. But this time it was raw on bottom, dark meat. All four were way undercooked. I know sometimes they are pink but I threw mine away. My daughter cook hers in the oven but the white meat dried out by the time the dark meat cooked. My other daughter with two of the four chickens did not risk it with her kids and when she saw how raw they were she threw them out. It was like they did not turn while roasting. I think you need to check your ovens.

Non seasoned , not good. Highly disappointed hand discourages me in buying another! Used to be delicious, times have changed!!?

With this product, which is the rotisserie chicken I always buy this is the first time I’ve had it delivered when I received my chicken. Went to prepare the meal and found a fly in the container. When I called Sam’s Club supervisor stated that for me to bring it back to the store I’ve already thrown in the trash and she would give me another chicken, but there was no compensation for the inconvenience. I had to find something else for dinner

Waited FOREVER for already cooked chickens to be put in the plastic containers by the slowest employee I have ever seen in my life. The chickens weren’t even still hot when he finally brought them out. Myself and another customer thought we were waiting for chickens to cook as the oven timer read 26 minutes. Instead there was an employee acting like it was a joke to actually work and place the chickens in the containers. He was doing it with one hand only, disdain on his face, and a ring in his lower lip. A customer and I were talking about jobs we had when we were young. I told her how I worked in the grocery business while I was in HS and college and if we didn’t work fast we would be reprimanded- it was a different time. I was actually angry that I had to wait so long for an employee to get these already cooked chickens together - but maybe he was having a really bad day. A bad experience.
