I had my parents put these CrossClimate2's on my mother's Ford Escape and I'm convinced they're the absolute best choice for the one's you love. I know if she's encountering poor conditions on the road, that she's got the best ability to stop and get going compared to anyone else. I've driven it multiple times myself and ridden passenger multiple times also. These tires are extremely quiet and the ride is much improved. My father liked the CrossClimate2's so much he's switched from his previous Defenders on his Van to the CrossClimate2s. If you encounter poor weather fairly often, these *are the tires for you*. I'm rocking my own PilotSports and we're just one happy Michelin family now. I don't often go out of my way for brands like this but I feel we actively stake our lives on these tires every time we choose to drive and I only settle for the best, Michelin.

I purchased these tires in September 2021. I did a lot of online research and the reviews were very positive on the traction of these tires in the rain and snow. Since I purchased them for my winter car (in Michigan) this was a huge determination in purchasing these tires. I have been very disappointed in the grip in the rain and snow. The tires easily spin when not even giving the vehicle (Dodge Journey) much gas. I paid a premium for these tires and would not purchase again based on performance.

After a lot of research and talking to a lot of different sales people at tire shops about what tire to buy I decided to go with this tire. I live in Ohio and work about 50 miles away from home. These went on an AWD Honda CR-V and have performed wonderfully. My fuel economy improved from the low quality tires that were on it when I got it, rain traction is marginally better, the ride quality and noise level are the best I've ever had and snow traction over the past Ohio winter was outstanding. Under a level 3 when I am required to get to work I had no issues confidentially and safely getting to and from work. Great fuel economy, even being a brand new tire. Couldn't of picked a better tire, and will definitely be buying another set!

I am a faithful Michelin user for 30 plus years (driving 64 yrs) on light pickups, full size cars and mid size cars, utility van, have a Yukon XL 4 WD with 264,000 miles that has never had anything other than Michelin. I have never been disappointed with Michelin tires until now. Put a set of Cross Climate 2 on a 2017 Ford Escape at 51,638 miles and the car handles great, like an expensive sports car. However the tires are excessively noisy to the point I thought something was wrong with the car, the wheels or what ever. I paid three different tire shops to evaluate, one of which is my primary tire dealer and they all concluded nothing wrong with the car, it's the tires. It sounds like a pickup with a cheap set of worn out tires which I have owned before. The Cross Climate 2 will easily last 60,000 miles or more on this vehicle which means we must tolerate the noise another minimum 36,940 miles until time for a new set of tires. The tires perform very well as advertised with the exception of the noise. The noise is disappointing and embarrassing, especially when we have guest onboard. Photos upon request.

This is my second set of these. Live in AZ, I avg 3,500-4,00 miles a month on HWY/CITY and even some crazy ranch dirt roads. They are by far some of the best tires that I’ve ever owned. They look great and perform as well as they look. My last set lasted being the 60k mile warranty and I’m not particularly kind to my tires, I take care of them, but I use them. I rely on my car for my living and I don’t trust any other tire out there right now.

Overall these are good tires and I am glad I bought them. First, even though they are “all weather” and usuable year round, I swap them out for dedicated winter tires, so I cannot comment on how they preform in severe winter conditions. However, soon after putting them on this spring (March 2024), we had a few cm’s of snow in the Toronto area. They handled this spring snowfall and resulting messy roads effortlessly. In normal commuter driving around the city and during one long distance highway trip I have taken, they have preformed very well in all aspects, steering, braking, accelerating and ride, whether it is sunny or wet, the road is perfect or bumpy. The one draw back is there is some tread growl. I drive a 2017 Mazda 3, which isn’t a whisper quite car, and the tread noise tends to blend in with the normal Mazda sound in a way that does not make it annoying. However if quiet running is a key priority for you, there are probably other tires that will better meet your needs.

Did not know about the hit my 2021 Camry XLE' gas mileage was about to take when I bought. Buying a hybrid car was an attempt to get great mileage, and now the average is about 3 MPG lower. No other complaints about these tires, but I would not have bought them (Nov 2023) if I had known the mileage would degrade.

...the price was better than my OEM's, which were balding with less than 30k miles and winter was coming! Granted these tires are much more appropriate for my Stinger vs our grandkid hauler; but the Hankook's had been too 'slippery' last winter....4-5 times turned around before even leaving neighborhood, switching to Grandma's Sportage. And last winter (in north central Ohio) was NOTHING like the one we've had so far!! Since replacing tires (w/CC2's) I've driven on roads bone-dry/sopping wet/mild flooding/ light sleet/mushy snow/1-2" fluffy snow/5-6" packed pre-plowed snow and we're getting ready to have rain melting away piles of curbside snow....these tires grip!!, do NOT slip!!! (All) traction situations have definitely been much better than Hankook OEM's when new and pleasantly more quiet, which did (truthfully) surprise me. Of course, 95% of my driving is on asphalt (same as Hankook's) and full disclosure, they are noticeably nosier on cement (crossing bridges/overpasses/etc). Bottom Line: Do I recommend these? You decide...I'll be putting them on my Stinger; told my daughter to get them for her Sorento; eldest grandson for his Focus RS Turbo.

Great in traction in rain. Was constantly hydroplaning in previous performance tires. Now I Cruze right through everything. Great snow performance as well and I would even say have better traction than the snow tires I had on before. Also, reduced a lot of the road noise I had with performance tires. Traction in dry conditions is also great as well.

AMAZING. I put these on my 2017 Vw Golf (currently living in San Diego, CA) but moving to northern Maine in a month. After reading the reviews I decided on these tires and immediately noticed a huge difference. They are SO QUIET and they handle so well. You can tell they have quick response with starting/stopping and amazing grip. Usually with cruise control on going approx. 65-70mph I get about 39-41mpg and with these new tires I now get 37-39mpg so not much of a difference. They are aggressive tires so no you aren't going to get perfect MPG however some other reviewers are being dramatic. Overall these tires are fantastic and worth every penny. Don't hesitate to buy these.
