It's not too strong, but has a pleasant smell that stays in your hair for a couple days! I bought the conditioner so that I could test both - and I love them. My hair feels so soft and my natural waves are popping out every use. This is my hair when I washed it with this product about two days ago. It still has beautiful shine, bounce, and volume. I would use this again.

It's pretty lightweight but still gets the job done. There is a slight fragrance, but it's a very pretty scent, not overbearing

You don't need a lot of this because a little goes a long way when you're using this. I will definitely be implementing this into my routine and grabbing the matching conditioner!

The scent lingers in my hair hours after I took a shower! I love how soft and moisturized my hair feels after showering! It really helps with frizz.

It didn't make my scalp feel heavy or greasy. My hair really liked it in the sense that it took a couple days before getting greasy.

It didn't make my hair feel super nourished, in fact felt a little dry to the touch when washing it out with the water but it felt very clean. A little goes a long way as well since it fathers very nicely in the water but don't work much for my coily low porosity hair.

It has quite a noticeable floral scent that I personally don't mind, however if you prefer light scents this is not for you. The formula is thick and rich which ensures hydration, however my fine straight hair was weighed down by this product after it dried. I didn't notice any residue or buildup just a heavy texture that left my already lifeless hair very flat. If you are simply looking for hydration and clean hair only this is a good option, but only for that. This didn't do much for me personally but for the affordability and hydration it's not bad.
