Instructions are like the majority hair conditioners, easy to follow. My scalp is sensitive, very. But I actually had ZERO issues with breaking out. It rinses really well leaving no residue (as far as I could tell) and my hair was 100% less dry and less frizzy! So the scent wasn't for me but the product itself was a win. I will be trying the other products of this brand

The amount in the bottle lasted for a long time. With my 3 kids and myself using it every night it lasted a month. It lathers so good, bubbles make it feel like it's doing a great job cleaning. It rinses very well too and doesn't take a long time to rinse. My dry frizzy (straight) hair was actually soft and not dry or brittle while using this shampoo. So I recommend giving it a try
