Love these tires

Both of my cars needed new tires. We previously had Michelins long life tires on both cars. These tires wore evenly and lasted along time. The only problem with these tires was traction on wet roads. This time I got the Primacy for both cars. So far we have about 25K miles on each set. The handling and traction are great. No more problems with I-40 and its drivers. No matter what the road or the drivers do, My Michelins are there to help me escape or control the situation. Love My Michelins.

Good tire / poor wear

The MXV4 is OEM on my Pilot. Currently have 37k miles on them and have done regular rotations as recommended. They are at the wear bars now and need replacement. This tire handles good in rain and snow but durability is disappointing. When I have the tires replaced next week they will be contacting Michelin about the wear issue. I don’t expect to get 60k out of the tires but another 10-12k isn’t unreasonable.

Driving on Rails

Another superior tire from the originator of radials. Cornering is akin to riding on rails, the handling and lack of skidding in tight turns is exceptional. Road noise is fairly low while ride comfort and durability are excellent. Fortunately I've had to perform abrupt stopping measures only a few times but these tires gripped the road very nicely allowing me to avoid any accidents. Living in the Pacific North Wet I appreciate their ability to grip the road during our rainy season (OCT - JUN), handling in light snow is adequate, after all they are not snow tires. I will continue to install the Michelin brand on all our vehicles.

Meets and exceeds my expectation!

I replaced my OEM tires on my 2010 Mazda 3 Touring model with the Primacy MXV4 and can't say enough how pleased I am. I did a lot of research and settled on these considering the top pick by Consumer Reports and the feedback here on Michelin's website. The only thing I had a little reseveration going in was the lack of snow performance feedback. I'm happy to report these tires have performed very well here in Wisconsin thus far this winter. We currently have about 6 inches here over the last 2 weeks and I haven't had my traction control light come on once! This was a big factor for me. For all those not concerned about snow I can report they handle exceptionally well in heavy rain as well - no problems at all. The OEM tires I had on my Mazda were very loud and I was hoping for a quieter more comfortable ride and boy does this tire deliver! I can listen to my radio 5 volume settings lower with these tires installed - wow! The fuel economy dropped just a bit - about 1 MPG but I expected this with a brand new tire - stickier traction, etc. Like my old tires I trust this will return once tires wear a little. I can't comment on wear since I only have about 5K miles on them. I'm extremely pleased with this tire - and I'm picky - and would recommend it to anyone. Hope this helped.

For those of you that own ...

For those of you that own high performance luxury sedans and drive in winter weather, this tire should definitely be on your short list. It's among the highest rated tires in its class and backs it up with real-world performance. Although nothing beats a true snow tire for extreme winter weather, this tire is the next best thing - all without the hassle of swapping out tires every spring and fall. Traction on snow and ice is in a league all by itself compared with other all-season tires. You want quiet, excellent road manners, good fuel economy, predictable handling - this tire has it all. There's a reason so many luxury performance cars and SUV's come equipped from the factory with Michelin tires - the performance is second to none. Quite frankly, this performance comes at a premium, but it's worth every penny!

Michelin. Says it all.

I always look to buy Michelin. The name has proven itself with me time and time again over the years. My wife drives the vehicle that rides on the Primacy MXV4's. We both like the safety, ride, handling and comfort the tires afford. I have peace-of-mind knowing that Michelin is helping take care of her.

Great Tires!

Put these tires on our Malibu after the OEM wore out. Very happy with them and the car drives and rides great after putting them on. The tire wear so far has been great. Have alway had good luck with Michelin tires and these are holding true to form. Highly recommend these tires and Michelin!

Best tire on a rear wheel drive car

I live in Ohio and drive a BMW 325i imagine driving a rear wheel car in winter with snow on ground. I got these Primacy MXV4 tires and this has truly been an all weather tire. The traction and road grip is amazing in the worst kind of weathers. I must admit that I drive fast and the handling on the exit ramps are amazing with out even slowing down much. The tire life is incredible if u maintain those rotations it will truly serve u real well for the next few years with no hiccups. The only thing I dont like about this tire most times you have to special order them as majority of retailers do not carry them in their regular inventory.

Soft, quiet ride. Handles great.

When I bought a new set of Privacy MXV4 tires it restored my car's driving to the feel of brand new. It was much quieter, my car handled much better and braking improved. I could not believe the difference a new set of tires made. I would recommend this tires to anyone. And I will by them again and again.

One of the best tires I've ever owned!

I replaced the original tires on my Hyundai Sonata with these tires...and what a difference. Absolutely one of the best tires I've ever owned. Great handling dry and wet. Also Very quite tires...one of the reasons I purchased them. I read where they were very low noise. I drive 100 miles round trip to work so I needed something that was quite and with low friction for good gas milege and these tires havent disappointed. I've put over 20,000 miles and they still look like new tires. I would defiantly recommend these tires to anyone.
