This is the best set of tires I have ever owned!!! Second time purchasing. Michelin should think about continuing this tire model indefinitely. They have it all; handle well, stop well, very smooth ride, and especially a quiet ride. (Quiet is important if you have ever had a noisy set of tires.) Drawback is they are a little less on the handling than other performance tires, but still handle well on curves at normal or a little faster speeds. Overall, this is a great tire for long distance commuting and travel.

I purchased 4 Primacy MXV4 tires May 2013. I just had a state inspection October 2014 and the tires are at 2/32 and are very loud. I typically put 10-15 thousand miles a year on my vehicle. Less than 18 months later I need new tires. Really! I don't know who is rating these tires or more importantly performing the QA on this tires. I will never ever purchase a Michelin product and will enlighten others of this very poor product.

Bought them in 2008 to replace Pilots on my '06 Mazda 6s Sport wagon. With over 40K miles, they still have lots of tread and perform superbly in wet or dry conditions, including moderate snow. They're excellent touring tires - smooth ride and great handling. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat!

I have always had this tire put on my car, except when I first purchased it. I have no complaints about this tire, it performs extremelty well. I had had a few flat tires, but that is not because of the tires or the treading. The tires I purchased were guaranteed and one of the times that they had to be replaced due to the flat, the company I bought them from reimbursed me for the full amount of the tire.

I have been a fan of Michelin tires for many years. This is my first set of Primacy tires and I am very happy with their performance. They offer a nice quiet ride, while handling well on the highway, and provide excellent wear. I made the mistake of being talked into a different set of tires and was extremely disappointed. Glad I am back to Michelins!

These were the OEM tires for 2010 Nissan Altima . Replaced in early 2015 at 48,000 miles with tread life left on them. I don't wait till they are at 2/32. This model was replaced by the Premier A/S but I wanted and found these MXV4 tires again. Didn't need to read reviews- I knew I wanted them again. Found them and bought them. I have now put over 50,000 miles on this set in 4 and a half years. Yet again they have at least 4/32, but with winter coming I will replace them soon. So I'm not sure about the 60,000 mile rating. I wouldn't risk keeping them another year. I drive in hellhole NYC where the roads simply suck. Potholes and roads that have not been repaved in literally over 20 years. Also I drive all over the northeast from Maine to Virginia in all types of weather putting on about 10k per year. For all the recent reviews not liking this tire, maybe it is because no dealer should be putting these tires on a new car. Unless I'm wrong they were probably manufactured at LEAST five years ago! Michelin had announce in 2014 they were being discontinued. Simply put the car dealers doing this are irresponsible.Think about where and how the tires were stored before being put on a new vehicle! They really have to be degraded after sitting around for so long. The manufacture date is on the tire - check it out before you buy any tire. Anyway, these have been great tires first time around and second as well. I wish they still made them. I'll end up buying the Premier when I get new tires. The Michelin's I've owned preciously have all been great.

I have had many Michelin tires through the years and they have all been great. The Primacy MXV4 are no exception. The ride is very quiet and smooth. Handling is great on both wet and dry pavement, and stopping is excellent. When I replaced another brand of tires that came on my wife's car with these Michelin's she commented that the car drove so much better she thought she had a new car. Will not buy anything else, ever.

I've had two other brands of tires before I bought Michelin. The first ride on my new tires was a 180 degree difference. The ride is smoother, quieter, and smarter. I drive about 25 miles every day, and they are holding up well so far. I've already used them in rainy, dry (obviously), snowy, and even icy conditions, and I've been confident through every drive. I will definitely stay with the Michelin brand for the rest of my life.

This is my second set of Michelin Primacy MXV4s on my Subaru Forester. I had never owned Michelin tires previously. I like everything about them; they are quiet, with superb traction and handling in all conditions. The quality of the compound, materials and workmanship is evident because I've never had any problems with uneven wear, sidewall cracking, etc. I get them rotated on a regular basis; every other oil change. I am sold on Michelins and will never buy any other tire.

The tires are very good. In the state of NJ, there are all seasons and winter being the roughest. The tires handle very well in the snow and icy conditions. In the summer the tires maintained well during heavy rain storms we have faced here in the state. After a tire rotation the tires, were almost brand new and can run well past the 60,000 miles mark.
