Bought them in 2008 to replace Pilots on my '06 Mazda 6s Sport wagon. With over 40K miles, they still have lots of tread and perform superbly in wet or dry conditions, including moderate snow. They're excellent touring tires - smooth ride and great handling. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat!

The Primacy MXV4 is a very good tire. My main tire concern has always been performance. Handling and traction in wet conditions is very important. My current car has AWD and these tires have really performed well. I will say, however, that due to noise-reduction tread pattern redesign in recent years they do not perform as well in snow as the older tread patterns. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Had this set of Primacy's installed after having a set of Defenders put onto my 2007 Camry. When the Defenders showed me a drop of about 5-6 mpg vs my old tires, Michelin stood in and allowed me to swap to a set of Primacy MXV4's via their satisfaction program. These are as quiet as anything I've ever owned, handle amazing, and my mileage is back too. Great job Michelin, your service is why we keep spending more for your tires. Very happy with the Primacy MXV4 tires we recently purchased for our mid-sized SUV. I was replacing another well respected tire brand that had served us well. The tires we were replacing were listed as increasing fuel efficiency. I primarily use this car for commuting to work and the normal family ventures on the weekend. I immediately noticed a significant difference in the smoothness of the ride and the increased control and breaking. Granted I was replacing some pretty worn tires, but they had never had the same level of ride and handling. Also, I kept a close eye on the gas mileage after replacing and there was no appreciable difference in the gas mileage. Great tire and I would definately purchase again and recommend to others for similar uses!

The tires are very quiet, giving me a comfortable smooth ride. They have excellent dispersion in wet condition. In the steepest down poor the tires grip the road hard. Going off road the tires also have good traction. They can climb out of low wide ditches without a problem, even in wet conditions. The only time I feel the need for more is while driving down curvy mountain roads. I feel a bit more sway with these tires than the original tires. I feel very confident with these tires, but I would prefer a tire with stiffer sidewalls. Yet would stiffer sidewalls compromise the excellent asphalt traction found in these tires.

I prefer Michelin tires for all my passenger cars. I find that wear life goes beyond average for all radials. Traction for cornering and braking is satisfactory and I would say that it functions better than expected, but I have used Michelins for so long that my expectations are high due to my experiences. What I find great about these tires is the peace of mind derived from the confidence in Michelin quality. I cannot find anything to say about what's not so great.

I bought these tires for an Infinity G35X with 41,000 miles and my car now has 131,000 miles. I can not complain with 90,000 miles on a set of tires. I do a mix of 70% highway and 30% city driving. The tires handle great in the Wisconsin winters. I had to make sure that my tire dealer order the correct speed rating for my car. I will be replacing them shortly with the same tire.

Great tire, after struggling with a different brand for a few years, I was glad to get back to Michelin. My car once again handles like a new car and I've got my smooth ride back. I do a lot of highway driving and handling and smoothness of the ride are a really big deal for me. I highly recommend this tire and will be putting a set on my wifes car very soon.

This tire came on our Acura TSX. When it came time for a new set of tires, we thought we could save a little money by using some tires recommeded by a repair shop, but the tires were very noisy. We sold them and went back to the Michelins. The car is like brand new again; the Michelins are very quiet and incredible in every way. Still the best tire on the road.
