The flowers were beautiful but they were sent as a gift and other than their names, all the text was cut off the card. It was correct on the receipt, but not executed on the delivery.

The flowers came on time and were in pretty good shape. Only a couple looked a little "travel weary". The bouquet was a great combination of flowers. I'd definitely buy them again.

This is the second year that I have ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines Day from Sam's. The first year the flowers were wonderful. This year we were very disappointed in the quality of the flowers and in addition a number of the stems were broken. Would not order this bouquet again. Thanks

The flowers were sent to NE Ohio. The arrangement had a funky green flower almost in a U-shape throughout the arrangement, with very few other fresh flowers. I called SAM's Club to express my disappointment who offered to send another arrangement or issue a refund. Believe me, I took the refund!

I have been ordering flowers from sams for several years. Always good quality until this year. I ordered 2 bouquet delivered to 2 different locations. Both had skimpy poor looking flowers that didn't survive the journey well. In one of the deliveries the vase was broken. Reached out to sams club about issue. The customer service team is quick to respond but had to transfer me to the flower department. Then I just got to listen my phone ring and ring for a few minites until it just hung up

This was my first time ordering fresh flowers from Sam’s Club. When I received the photo of the flowers from the recipient in New Mexico, I was extremely pleased. They were very fresh, colorful, and definitely brightened her day. No service or delivery fees as well!

Didn’t last but 3 days had to redo the arrangement the second day. Worst flower arrangement receive from Sam’s. Ditto for the second arrangement received for wife. One for birthday and one for Christmas. Hardly any flowers left after the third or fourth day. Very very poor. Did Sams change their suppliers?

I sent these flowers to my mom as a gift. The arrangement came in a closed box. It looked like someone took a bouquet of flowers, like you'd buy at the store, and stuck the whole bouquet in the vase, including the paper wrapping from the bouquet. I was very disappointed.

It was to shop for flowers from home.
