We live in Colorado so a good snow tire is essential. My wife drives a 2007 Honda Pilot FWD. The Michelin LTX tires are so good in the snow, I don't feel the need to switch to a 4WD for our next vehicle. They plow through the snow easily with confidence. We received 14 inches of snow one day here in the Front Range and we had to travel to Loveland for a school outing. I was a bit nervous on how the car would handle with that much snow. I was amazed at how the tires and car handled with that much snow on the road. Not even 4WD would have made a difference. I highly recommend the LTX tires as we've gone above our expected tread life by 15,000 miles and the traction in wet/snowy weather is four stars.

The Jeep needed new shoes. What to do? Read reviews. Look at tires. Kick some of them. And then buy a set of Michelin LTX M/S. This Jeep doesn't do soccer games, but it does do snow -- wet, deep and powder plus all conditions inbetween. No wonder Eskimos have so many names for snow! The LTX tread pattern combined with siping provided a great balance in all those conditions, plus forays into some fairly serious rocky off-road trails with nary a slip. They are predictible in the twisties and quiet on freeway concrete, even with rain-groves. The wear-bars are starting to peek through and soon fall will be coming -- and the Jeep is getting some new shoes. Another set of LTXs, size 245/65-17

I recently purchased a set of the LTX M/S tires for my Work truck the ride & handling was so impressive that I went back & purchased another set for my pleasure Truck much heaver duty tire than I needed but it rides great if you have a truck this is the tire you need.

I bought this tire a couple of weeks ago and can not believe the difference this tire has made in the performance of my Silverado. It doesn’t feel like the same truck. Ride, steering, tracking in dry, wet and off road conditions is Excellent, with no noticeable noise. This is a very comfortable riding tire for a truck. Highly recommend these tires. I've driven on all brands of tires, and the Michelin LTX M/S is one of the strongest, longest lasting tires I've ever had. The first set went 70k, and I was going on a long trip so I thought it was time to replace them. I looked at the tread and it was about half worn! I went on my trip and saved the money and drove another 15k before replacing with the same thing. Cant tell you how many miles the next set got, but I put 50k on them and sold the truck. They might still be on there as far as these babys go! My Tahoe is getting due for tires and I know what is going on! MIchelin LTX M/S

These tires have given me the best ride and fuel savings on my Lincoln Avaitor. When we purchase our Lincoln it already had Mchelin tires on it. The tires had 31000 and lasted another 15000. This is our 3rd set of Michelins and we now have 130000 on our car and it still rides like it new. Thank you Michelin for making the best tires money can buy.

I have had many sets of Michelin tires. (Probably close to 8.) Only 2 bad tires they replaced without issue. I have these tires on my wife's Sequoia and my mother's 4 runner. Excellent tires on them. I bought these for my 2020 F250. These are HORRIBLE at throwing rocks! The grooves in the center of the tire (there's 5 of them if I recall) love to grab rocks from gravel driveway/roads and kick them up on my truck. These would hold rocks even at high speed and eject them when doing 80 mph on freeway. I have no idea why those grooves need to be so wide on a highway tire??

I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I now am ready for a new set of tires with 67,762 miles on my vehicle. The tires are fantastic in the snow and quiet on the highway. I did lots of research and could have purchased less expensive tires and that would have resulted in noisy tires and would not have lasted as long. Michelin is the best value on the market. Thank you for a great poduct. My truck has new tires on now and rides like it was brand new!!!

I was having trouble with left turns in wet conditions with our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. The tires on the vehicle would not grip the pavement in this turn. This is the third set of tires for the vehicle and I no longer am having the car slip in wet conditions. I am in need of replacement tires on my Chevy Impala soon and will most likely use a Michelin for this vehicle as well.

I purchased four new LTX M/S tires for our 2003 Honda Pilot in June 2005 to replace the OEM tires after a noisy 48,846 miles. I checked the mileage this morning before writing this review: 158,001 miles, and the tread is still well above the wear bars! Great tires!
