Have sent this arrangement 5x and they were perfect all but once. I think it was due to delivery service letting them freeze in Van. Sams promptly resolved situation. Amazing flowers at an amazing value. Our local florist only gives you a. 25 hour warranty and that is about as long as they lasts. Sams arrangements last a good week to 2 weeks. Very impressed. Thanks Sams!!!

I've purchased this bouquet a couple of times prior and they were very nice and long lasting. I bought these for my daughter's birthday, they only lasted 5 days, disappointed. Because I'm 2 for 3 on success, I would probably try again, but be wary of the longevity.

Flowers arrived late due to shipping delays. Sometimes that’s unavoidable, but they arrived dying because of it. I wanted them redelivered, but customer service expected me to send them a pic of the dead flowers to do so, but had no problem just refunding the money without this “proof”. Stupid policy. I took the refund and will purchase the replacement elsewhere.

Flowers were delivered on Friday as I was told when ordering (ordered on Tuesday) Flowers were very nice but the card only had half the message so did not say who they were from I double checked that I had typed it correctly and I had. So that was not good that my sick friend had to investigate who they were from :-(

Upon seeing the freshly delivered flowers in California after their cross country trip from Florida by FedEx, I was kind of upset. Most of the flowers looked great but the green ones (hydrangeas?) looked beat up bad. However, upon suggestion of my clever daughter she said cut the stems and put them in a glass of water. Overnight they were revived and look amazing. Even the leaves regenerated. The arrangement is lovely and I will order again. Very satisfied !

Flowers were delivered by FedEx and just left on step. The flowers themself were just as pictured. I have never been notified by FedEx of delivery. I had to live chat with Sam's Club to find out they had been delivered. They had been delivered an hour earlier, but the FedEx driver did not knock on door or notify them so they just sat in the heat for an hour till I called and said, look outside. As far as Sam's Club, I was very happy, but due to FedEx delivery I will probably just pay more and go with a local florist.

The above item arrived in dead shape., It never came out of frost. It was evidently stored in a freezing condition van where the flowers froze. Not a very happy wife who received them nor the person who ordered them. Ihis is the first time I have had a problem with your flowers and delivery. Thanks, J. R. Webb, order above

Delivered on the date request and 1/2 the cost of a florist. I will us Sam's Club all the time going forward for my floral gifts.

I sent these to my daughter at college for her birthday and they were gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier. The flowers were so fresh that they lasted for weeks. Great price too!

After reading several reviews so I decided to order these flowers, it arrived on time, too much leaves but only a few small flowers. Mostly leaves, looks cheap!!!!
