I bought the combo washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. Truly amazing and cleans the clothes good but is amazing at cleaning white clothes and taking off stains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer. It's quiet and efficient and easy to use. Also, the clothes come out looking great. The only drawback is that I can't seem to get it to work with the app.

Have had this product for two years. Suddenly we had catastrophic failure in the frame and are now left with an unrepairable washing machine. 0-10 Do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the machine about 6 months ago and it's been amazing. No problems, works when asked, doesn't ask for breaks and does a great job of getting clothes cleaned.

The entire drive shaft assembly and bearings melted after 1 year. Took the machine apart and see red rust everywhere. After opening the drum I see the the bearing are ground to a pulp.
