- 5 out of 5 stars review1/19/2023First 2,000 miles my fuel mileage dipped from 41mpg to 38mpg (hybrid) but once they wore in they have been the most sure footed and quiet tires I’ve ever driven. I commute 120miles per day and currently have 43,000 miles on them. Still silent and trouble free. Wet/rain and snow braking and handling and overall performance makes this tire by far the best car tire on the market.

I saw reports on these particular tires, and with the tires on my Chevrolet Equinox nearing the end of their lives, I sought and found a set of these. I have driven on them quite a few times not, including on wet pavement and found their stopping to be excellent and their ride smooth.

I’m not driving much these days but when I do my 2012 Ford Flex handles better and more quietly than it ever did. I forget I was concerned about my tires. I’ve been a Michelin customer for 60 + years and they never let me down. As a bonus, they qualify on insurance as Winter tires.

I can best sum them up by saying “Wow” these are great tires! Cosmetically they look like an all season SUV tire but I’ve put them on a VW Golf and have to say they have transformed my car. Smooth, quiet, and simply phenomenal grip with no reduction in mileage from my old tires. To say my expectation was exceeded is almost an understatement.

They lasted a good 75,000 miles and still had life left in them when I replaced them. In terms of performance, they did exceptionally well in the rain, even in a torrential downpour. They were very quiet up until the last year or so, but that's to be expected as the rubber hardens and the tread wears away. If you're looking for a tire that will last, look no further.

Use the vehicle for 90% city and 10% hgwy. Excellent on dry and wet pavement. No Hydroplaning. Handles 10ins of snow in 4-wheel drive. Great on icy road at temps as low as -15C . Very quiet and comfortable tires. Will buy for my Terrain.

In 1972, I purchased a Volvo 142 in Canada. It came with Goodyear tires which were GARBAGE after 21,000 MILES (not Kms). The replacement Michelins lasted for 63,000 MILES (not Kms) as did their replacement Michelins. In 1975, I bought a new 1957 Ford F150. It came with Firestone original equipment tires. MORE GARBAGE after 19,000 MILES!! In 61 years, I've never had a bad experience with Michelin tires and I'm a ripe 87-year-old fart!!Originally posted onmichelinman.com
- 5 out of 5 stars review8/4/2025I have these tires on my Audi A4, have about 35k miles on them. Living in Colorado in the mountains I have been very impressed. These tires stick like glue. Best part is you can use them year round, no changing to snow tires. Only complaint I have is I did lose a couple of mpg with them. Even so the security of them makes up for it. I just purchased a set for my 2023 Kia K5.

I first purchased these for my Subaru Outback, the were perfect for both rain and snow, not to mention dry weather conditions. I was so happy with these that when I purchased my 2023 Forester, I replaced the dealer’s tires with a new set of the Crossclimate2, they feel lighter and I will expect to get almost 60K mile on these as well.

They're stable, smooth and safe, but because they're new my fuel economy took a hit (which is to be expected on new tires) which I'm hoping is temporary. The one other complaint is that they create road noise. It's still early days but they're a good tire to go to if you've had treadlife issues with the Premier A/S series.

I'm confident in their ability and dig the bad a-- look these tires add to my Chrysler Spacifica. Coincidently, a neighbor has them on a big big_a-- GMC travel van. They've been back and forth to Texas twice with 'em. He'd surely mention if there was a problem and I haven't heard a thing.

Buying a hybrid car was an attempt to get great mileage, and now the average is about 3 MPG lower. No other complaints about these tires, but I would not have bought them (Nov 2023) if I had known the mileage would degrade.

One critique is the tires tend to flake, leading mechanics to recommend replacement earlier than expected. Wear on the tires was pretty even and they lasted close to the 60,000 miles expected. Except for the flaking, I'd give the tires a 5 star rating.

Noise level is low when comparing it to an all terrain tire but low compared to a highway tire. Don’t really care about mpg so don’t notice but still close to same mileage per tank during fuel ups. Have put 15k miles on them and can’t even notice a change. Great traction on road dry or wet pavement and good off road use for gravel dirt and grass. Not a mud tire so never tried.

This tire ticked all the boxes starting with wet braking and hydroplaning. Good noise level, comfort and bonus the are snowflake All Season rated if we happen to get caught off guard before we have our snow tires on. Very happy.

It is really true that, "you get what you pay for". These tires are so quiet and smooth riding compared to any other brand I have had. Even in the rain you can barely hear these tires compared to other. I am very well pleased with the purchase of these Michelin tires, Great Quality, thank you.

Yesterday, I traveled to Mankato, MN and encountered a spring snow storm with fairly heavy snow fall. We saw 10 cars in the ditch! In one case, we were directly behind a sedan that spun out in a curve ahead of us. We were the same speed as that car and did not feel any loss of traction! Our speed was approximately 45. I did take my foot off the gas as we watched him slide sideways, coming to a stop in a driveway. At no time did I feel any twitchy or loss of adhesion to the road surface! I highly recommend these tires in snow country! These tires are slightly rougher riding and noisier than my previous all season tires but do not change my rating at all, these tires may save your life!
