Member's Mark Roses and Greenery Vase Arrangement, choose color and stem count

Orange roses

I have bought flowers from sams and always have had a great experience with quality/shipping/everything. These were a dud. I ordered rainbow, but only received red, white and pink (not what the pictures showed at all). They came in looking rough and the box was pretty beat up (assuming that is partially to blame).
Needless to say, I will not be ordering flowers again.

Bunch of duds

6 of the 18 roses came damaged. Very disappointed with the purchase. Will never order flowers from Sam’s Club again.

Meh- I ordered pink and got orange. They definitely aren’t great quality either. 

They did refund me due to the color error.

Meh-

Showed up moldy, and a few broken.  Couldn’t give them as a gift had to throw away.  Tried to get money back and so far $10.

Don’t waste mobey

This is the 2nd time I have ordered white roses and they came brown and rotten. It doesnt help Fedex leaves them sitting in the sun. 2 steps and they would be in the shade.

Roses began wilting the next day and never opened.  They were prepared per instructions.

I have always been more than pleased with the roses I order every year just before Christmas until this week. Even though they arrived on time, the roses were wilted and looked like they had been cut weeks ago. The arrived exhausted looking. I immediately trimmed the stems and put them in water but they didn’t recover. Usually I can make them last in beautiful shape for a week. This time they were wilted, never fully opened and heads drooping in 2 days. What happened?

Not good this time.

This is the second time I have bought flowers in a box from Sam's.  I trusted how they looked from the first time so much that I bought them and used them on the tables at my son's rehearsal dinner.   I had them shipped to the hotel we were staying.  They arrived around 10 a.m. and we arrived at the the hotel around 9 p.m.    They sat in the box all day.  I was afraid how they would look.  I immediately opened the well packed box which included everthing I need except the water.  It included tightly wrapped roses along with beautful 
filler,  a clear vase and flower fresh packet.   To slow the opening of the flowers, I put ice water in the vases.  The next morning, day of rehearsal, I cut the stems and pulled a few leafs off the roses.  Not being a professional florist, I put the filler and flowers in the vases again with little effort to arrange them.t  They looked AMAZING!   I received so many comments on them that night even from the bride's mom who asked if we could use them the next day in areas like the bar, and other places to fill in.
