Ordered these for Mother's Day, because we live states away. They arrived wilted (somewhat expected) and with brown/dying tips on several roses. Immediately cut and put in water, which helped with the wilting, but there was no reversing the browning. Very disappointed - would not order again.

The flowers just don’t look good when you get them. I follow all the directions and do what they say. Sometimes they bloom sometimes they won’t most of times it’s roses when I get them I even take the extra mile to cut the roses underwater the stems when you’re putting them in a vase. So I really go the extra mile with it, now if you buy the flowers in their store, it’s a totally different thing. It works fantastic they last they bloom. They smell wonderful, so I won’t be buying an order online anymore the flowers they just never work out one time I got tulips from them, they were completely dead , I bought roses here recently and they were horrible. They were brown on the edges and just wasn’t good so in the future flowers in the store fantastic. I’ve never bought here in Florida and I’ve bought in Ohio and where from in Durant each time.

Flowers were by far fresher than what we’ve purchased in the store. They were delivered in a timely manner. However, the arrangement did not look at all like the flower arrangement I purchased. It was sloppy and some of the actual filler plants were not even there that are shown in the picture.

I've been very happy ordering flowers through Sam's Club until this recent order for Mother's Day. Only 4 out of 18 roses opened. They were the orange roses. The other colors did very poorly. I followed the instructions just as I've done for all the previous arrangements i.e. mix the solution with warm water and trim the stems. I don't think I'll order arrangements again near big holidays such as Mother's Day. My previous arrangements were for birthdays, seasonal wishes, and get-well events.

I purchased these in the coral orange color. The floral arrangement, after trimming stems under cold water opened up beautifully. The next morning I walked into the room and the fragrance was aromatic. Using the floral additive to the water, helped the bouquet lasted a good 7-8 days!

The bouquet in the picture and the one that was send do not even look like the same bouquet. Also, they omitted our name from the card so they did not know who sent it & had to post on FB inquiring. We paid for the larger bouquet and it appears that they received the smaller less ezpensive bouquet. Very disappointing!!

Picture looks beautiful. I ordered a dozen multicolored roses on a Wednesday. Supposed to be delivered on Friday. I followed the tracking and they sat somewhere all weekend and were finally delivered on Monday. The flowers arrived in terrible shape as expected with such a delay. Very disappointing. Sam’s did issue a refund. 1st time ordering flowers at a place other than a Florist. It will be my last.

Roses were perfect and arrived on time. Sadly the petals remained frozen in place as the never opened. The colors were stunning, the unique greens georgous and the vase perfect. I followed the directions but, sadly the roses never opened. Well, they DID LOOK PERFECT!!

Flowers were sent to a friend, they were lovely and arrived as promised. The only issue I have and this is not the first time is that a card stating who the flowers were from was NOT included despite completing the request. This makes it awkward for people to have to start asking who sent me these flowers?

I bought these flowers for my mother she loved them everyone that saw them thought they were fake flowers she said they were so beautiful unfortunately I couldn't see them cuz she lives an hour away from me and I couldn't get there but I'm glad that you made her day bright and I can always count on Sam's flowers
