If you ever tried to cook meat in an Air Fryer and could not get it to turn out well, this air fryer solves that. The temperature probe allows for PERFECT cooked chicken, steak and fish. Crispy outside and juicy and tender inside. It roasts and bakes very well. It has not replaced my basket style AF but it has replaced my toaster oven, pizza cooker, dehydrator. I was reluctant to have another kitchen gadget on my counter top, but we have used it every night since purchasing. Makes good biscuits, muffins, and cinnamon rolls! I have not turned on my oven once. It would be great for a camper or RV, because it cuts cooking time down with half the energy and much less heat. You will not be "steamed" out of the kitchen with this unit. It's versatile, easy to use, but you DO need to read the instructions and not jump in feet first, as it does cook differently have have different settings from a traditional AF.

I have used roasting, grilling and air crisp, love it. Roasted chicken wings, air crisp salmon croquettes was great. Took time to figure out right temps and purchased oil sprayer. Cooking healthier now. Would like to know more accessories for this model.

I know people love the Ninja Foodie Grill XL but it was too heavy and large for me. I may buy the smaller version.

Flavor is OK buy clean up takes more time than cooking on outdoor grill! Nice that you can reduce use of oil for cooking!
