Steaks and roasting chicken turned out perfect. I don't keep many appliances on my counter, but this one I use often enough to keep there.

Works well. We were looking for an additional 6.5 quart and this was a similar price. Well worth it. Cooks a mean steak.

Its really nice to have different settings for different foods. And adding seasoning to the meat it sinks in to make the food taste really good.

Lots of people are using the wrong spray oil inside. And too much. Never use Olive oil. Stick with canola oil. And only small sprays after it starts cooking. On fish spray both sides before seasoning. Big difference.

I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the non stick surface. After only one use the non-stick coating on the grill plate is already peeling off. That's not acceptable for what we paid for it.
