The 9 trays of cookies were great. However, the 10 trays of brownies I ordered and received a confirmation for was not available when I arrived. I had 200 people for a Company Party the next morning that I had to scramble to try and find something else. Should not confirm if not available.

Usually a fan of sams cookie trays but these were absolutely disgusting! They all tasted the same and all tasted gross! The sprinkles on the birthday cookie were especially bad! Left a bitter taste that would not go away! We returned them and the the lady at the return counter said many people had them for the same reason!

Flavors were horrible. I threw away half Of the tray because no one wanted them. I had over 30 people over on the 4th and these were not a hit. I couldn’t eat not one of them. I know better to walk in and get the regular choc chip reg oatmeal tray next time. They’re usually very few if any left on it.

The looks are amazing but the taste is lack luster. Since the cookies are all in the same container, the aromatic citrus ones "infect" the flavor of all the others and really tends to spoil the entire experience. Maybe these would be good if the aromatic cookies were not in this bunch because we were all disappointed.

These are super soft and moist cookies. Great variety too. I will buy them again for sure.

Quality of cookies wasn’t up yo par. I threw out many of the cookies. Broken and dry.
